于是他们在急难中哀求耶和华，他就搭救他们脱离祸患，

义人呼求，耶和华听见了，就拯救他们脱离一切患难。

只因见风很强，害怕起来，将要沉下去，就喊着说：“主啊，救我！”耶稣立刻伸手拉住他，说：“你这小信的人哪，为什么疑惑呢？”

我，惟有我是安慰你们的。你是谁，竟怕那必死的人，怕那生命如草的世人，却忘记铺张诸天、立定地基、造你的耶和华？你因欺压者图谋毁灭所发的暴怒，终日害怕，其实那欺压者的暴怒在哪里呢？

门徒去叫醒他，说：“主啊，救命啊，我们快没命啦！”耶稣说：“你们这些小信的人哪，为什么胆怯呢？”于是他起来，斥责风和海，风和海就大大平静了。

你这住黎巴嫩、在香柏树上搭窝的，有痛苦临到你，如疼痛临到临产的妇人，那时你何等可怜！

于是他们在急难中哀求耶和华，他就拯救他们脱离祸患。

有人告诉大卫家说：“亚兰与以法莲已经结盟。”王的心和百姓的心就都颤动，好像林中的树被风吹动一样。

然而，他听见他们哀告的时候，就眷顾他们的急难，

他们在无可惧怕之处就大大害怕，因为上帝使那安营攻击你之人的骨头散开了。你使他们蒙羞，因为上帝弃绝了他们。

那些战车长看见约沙法就说：“这一定是以色列王！”他们转过去与他交战。约沙法一呼喊，耶和华就帮助他，上帝使他们转离他。

“这百姓说同谋背叛的，你们不要说同谋背叛。他们所怕的，你们不要怕，也不要畏惧；但要尊万军之耶和华为圣，他才是你们所当怕的，所当畏惧的。

于是他们在急难中哀求耶和华，他就拯救他们脱离祸患。
