As Pharaoh approached, the Israelites looked up, and there were the Egyptians, marching after them. They were terrified and cried out to the Lord.

于是他们在危难中向耶和华呼求，他就解救他们脱离困境；

义人呼求，耶和华就垂听，解救他们脱离一切的患难。

但是，他一看到风极大，就惧怕起来，开始往下沉，于是呼叫说：“主啊，救救我！”耶稣立刻伸手拉住他，说：“小信的人哪，你为什么疑惑呢？”

“我，是我安慰你们；你是谁，竟怕那必死的人，就是那被弃如草芥的世人；竟忘记了那造你的耶和华，就是展开诸天、奠定大地根基的那一位；竟终日不断地惧怕，就是惧怕压迫者预备行毁灭时的怒火！其实那压迫者的怒火在哪里呢？

门徒们上前来叫醒他，说：“主啊，救救我们，我们没命了！”耶稣对他们说：“为什么胆怯呢？你们这些小信的人哪！”耶稣就起来，斥责风和浪，湖面就变得一片平静。

于是他们在危难中向耶和华哀求，他就拯救他们脱离困境；

于是他们在危难中向耶和华呼求，他就把他们从困境中领出来。

耶和华啊，他们在危难中寻求你；你的管教临到他们，他们就低声向你倾心吐意！

有人向大卫家报告说：“亚兰已经与以法莲结盟了。”王的心和他子民的心就摇动，好像林中的树随风摇动。

然而，当他听到他们呼声的时候，就垂顾他们的危难，

他们在无可恐惧之处也会大大恐惧；因为神打散了那些扎营攻击你之人的骨头。你使他们蒙羞，因为神厌弃他们。

“凡这子民所称为阴谋的，你们不要称为阴谋；他们所怕的，你们不要害怕，也不要畏惧。万军之耶和华是你们要尊为圣的，他才是你们要怕的，也是你们要畏惧的。

于是他们在危难中向耶和华哀求，他就拯救他们脱离困境；
