如果把山羊血、公牛血和母牛犊的灰洒在污秽的人身上，就可以使他们圣洁，身体得到洁净，更何况基督借着永恒的灵把自己毫无瑕疵地献给上帝呢？祂的血岂不更能洗净我们的良心，使我们脱离导致灭亡的行为，以便事奉永活的上帝吗？

更何况人践踏上帝的儿子，轻看那使人圣洁的立约之血，又藐视赐人恩典的圣灵？这等人该受多么重的刑罚啊！

祂凭自己的一次牺牲，使那些得以圣洁的人永远纯全。
