When you enter the land that the Lord will give you as he promised, observe this ceremony.

The Lord will give you the land, just as he promised. When you enter it, keep this holy day.

And when you come to the land that the Lord will give you, as he has promised, you shall keep this service.

When you enter the land the Lord has promised to give you, you will continue to observe this ceremony.

Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee:But at the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to place his name in, there thou shalt sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou camest forth out of Egypt.And thou shalt roast and eat[ it] in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose: and thou shalt turn in the morning, and go unto thy tents.Six days thou shalt eat unleavened bread: and on the seventh day[ shall be] a solemn assembly to the LORD thy God: thou shalt do no work[ therein].Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee: begin to number the seven weeks from[ such time as] thou beginnest[ to put] the sickle to the corn.

Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.

Ye shall not do after all[ the things] that we do here this day, every man whatsoever[ is] right in his own eyes.For ye are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which the LORD your God giveth you.
