我使你着刺繡服裝，穿塔哈示皮鞋；我用細麻給你做裹頭巾，又用絲綢給你遮身。我用妝飾物給你打扮，將鐲子戴在你手上，將鍊子戴在你脖子上，又將環子戴在你鼻子上，將耳環戴在你耳朵上，將華冠戴在你頭上。這樣你就有了金銀的妝飾物；你穿的是細麻、絲綢、刺繡服裝；你喫的是細麵、蜜和油；你長得極其美麗之極，直發達到王后般的豔麗。

這樣，上帝就把你們父親的牲畜奪來、賜給我了。

善人將產業留給子孫；罪人積藏的資財卻歸與義人。

他雖堆積銀子如塵土，豫備服裝如摶泥；他儘管豫備，義人卻必拿去穿；他的銀子、無辜人必分取。

亞倫對他們說：『把你們的妻子和兒女耳朵上的金環摘下來，拿來給我。』眾民就把他們耳朵上的金環都摘下來，拿來給亞倫。亞倫從他們手裏接過來，用雕刻的器具雕造它，作成一隻鑄像的牛犢；他們就說：『以色列啊，這就是你們的神、那領你們從埃及地上來的！』

他領了人民帶着金銀出來；他的族派中沒有一個走不動的。

所以他們都來，有男人也有女人；凡心裏自願的、凡搖獻金的搖獻物給永恆主的人、都把飾針、耳環、列印戒指、手釧、各樣金器、帶來。

萬軍之永恆主發神諭說：銀子是我的，金子是我的。

我對他們說：「凡有金的要摘下來」；他們給了我，我把它扔在火中，這牛犢便出來了！』

我將我自己的東西按我自己的意思作，不可以麼？還是因我慈善、你就眼紅了麼？」

地和充滿於地上的、世界和住於世間的、都屬於永恆主。

永恆主在埃及地對摩西、亞倫說：『這一個月要做你們的正月，做你們一年中的頭一個月。
