No one could see anyone else or move about for three days. Yet all the Israelites had light in the places where they lived.

锡安哪，起来，发出亮光！因为你的光已经来到，耶和华的荣耀已经在你上面升起。看哪！黑暗遮盖大地，幽暗遮盖万民，但耶和华必在你上面升起，他的荣耀必显现在你身上。列国将向着你的光而来，君王们将向着你升起的光辉而来。

因此，主耶和华如此说：“看哪，我的仆人们必有吃的，你们却会挨饿！看哪，我的仆人们必有喝的，你们却会口渴！看哪，我的仆人们必欢喜，你们却会蒙羞！看哪，我的仆人们因心中高兴而欢呼，你们却因心中伤痛而呼号、因灵里破碎而哀号！

我要使瞎眼之人走上他们不认识的道，踏上他们不认识的路；我要使黑暗在他们面前变为光明，使崎岖之处变为平地——我必成就这些事。我不会离弃他们。

那时，你们必再次看出义人与恶人、服事神的人与不服事神的人的区别。”

但你们属于蒙拣选的族类、君王的祭司体系、圣洁的国度，是属神的子民；为要使你们宣扬曾召唤你们的那一位的美德——他召唤你们出黑暗，入他奇妙的光明。

他救我们脱离了黑暗的权势，把我们迁入他爱子的国度；
