Most certainly I tell you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice. No yeast shall be seen with you, within all your borders.You shall tell your son in that day, saying,‘ It is because of that which Yahweh did for me when I came out of Egypt.’

Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

Then he said to them,“ Go your way. Eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to him for whom nothing is prepared, for today is holy to our Lord. Don’t be grieved, for the joy of Yahweh is your strength.”So the Levites calmed all the people, saying,“ Hold your peace, for the day is holy. Don’t be grieved.”All the people went their way to eat, to drink, to send portions, and to celebrate, because they had understood the words that were declared to them.

In that day you will say,“ I will give thanks to you, Yahweh; for though you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you comfort me.Behold, God is my salvation. I will trust, and will not be afraid; for Yah, Yahweh, is my strength and song; and he has become my salvation.”
