Esther said,“ An adversary and an enemy, even this wicked Haman!” Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.

以斯帖回答说：“敌人和仇家就是这恶人哈曼！”哈曼在王和王后面前十分惊恐。

以斯帖回答：“这敌人和仇人，就是这恶人哈曼！”哈曼在王和王后面前立刻惊惶万分。

以斯帖说：“那敌人、那仇敌，就是这恶人哈曼！”哈曼就在王和王后面前惊惶失措。

以斯帖說：「仇人敵人就是這惡人哈曼！」哈曼在王和王后面前非常驚惶。

以斯帖回答說：「敵人和仇家就是這惡人哈曼！」哈曼在王和王后面前十分驚恐。

以斯帖回答：“這敵人和仇人，就是這惡人哈曼！”哈曼在王和王后面前立刻驚惶萬分。

以斯帖說：『敵人、仇敵、就是哈曼這個壞人！』哈曼在王和王后面前立即驚惶失措。

以斯帖說：「那敵人、那仇敵，就是這惡人哈曼！」哈曼就在王和王后面前驚惶失措。

以斯帖曰、厥仇厥敵、即此惡人哈曼也、於是哈曼驚懼、在王與后前、

后曰、敵非他、哈曼是也。哈曼於王及后前、不勝股栗。

以斯帖曰、敵人仇人即此惡人哈曼、哈曼於王及后前、不勝恐懼、

Esther said,“ An adversary and enemy! This vile Haman!” Then Haman was terrified before the king and queen.

Esther said,“ The man hates us! He’s our enemy! He’s this evil Haman!” Then Haman was terrified in front of the king and queen.

And Esther said,“ A foe and enemy! This wicked Haman!” Then Haman was terrified before the king and the queen.

Esther replied,“ This wicked Haman is our adversary and our enemy.” Haman grew pale with fright before the king and queen.

Esther answered,“ The adversary and enemy is this evil Haman.” Haman stood terrified before the king and queen.

And Esther said,“ A foe and an enemy is this wicked Haman!” Then Haman became terrified before the king and queen.

And Esther said,“ The adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman!” So Haman was terrified before the king and queen.

And Esther said, An adversary and an enemy, even this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.

Esther answered,“ The adversary and enemy is this evil Haman.” Haman stood terrified before the king and queen.

And Esther said, The adversary and enemy[ is] this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.

Esther replied,“ The oppressor and enemy is this evil Haman!” Then Haman became terrified in the presence of the king and queen.

Then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will kill with the breath of his mouth, and destroy by the manifestation of his coming;

If only you, God, would kill the wicked. Get away from me, you bloodthirsty men!For they speak against you wickedly. Your enemies take your name in vain.Yahweh, don’t I hate those who hate you? Am I not grieved with those who rise up against you?I hate them with perfect hatred. They have become my enemies.

“ Yes, the light of the wicked will be put out. The spark of his fire won’t shine.The light will be dark in his tent. His lamp above him will be put out.The steps of his strength will be shortened. His own counsel will cast him down.For he is cast into a net by his own feet, and he wanders into its mesh.A snare will take him by the heel. A trap will catch him.A noose is hidden for him in the ground, a trap for him on the path.Terrors will make him afraid on every side, and will chase him at his heels.His strength will be famished. Calamity will be ready at his side.

They are free from burdens of men, neither are they plagued like other men.Therefore pride is like a chain around their neck. Violence covers them like a garment.Their eyes bulge with fat. Their minds pass the limits of conceit.They scoff and speak with malice. In arrogance, they threaten oppression.They have set their mouth in the heavens. Their tongue walks through the earth.

The king’s wrath is a messenger of death, but a wise man will pacify it.

In the same hour, the fingers of a man’s hand came out and wrote near the lamp stand on the plaster of the wall of the king’s palace. The king saw the part of the hand that wrote.Then the king’s face was changed in him, and his thoughts troubled him; and the joints of his thighs were loosened, and his knees struck one against another.

But those who are outside, God judges.“ Put away the wicked man from among yourselves.”

A sound of terrors is in his ears. In prosperity the destroyer will come on him.He doesn’t believe that he will return out of darkness. He is waited for by the sword.

When all our enemies heard of it, all the nations that were around us were afraid, and they lost their confidence; for they perceived that this work was done by our God.

The king took his ring from his hand, and gave it to Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, the Jews’ enemy.

As the proverb of the ancients says,‘ Out of the wicked comes wickedness;’ but my hand will not be on you.

When evildoers came at me to eat up my flesh, even my adversaries and my foes, they stumbled and fell.

He who says to the wicked,“ You are righteous,” peoples will curse him, and nations will abhor him—but it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and a rich blessing will come on them.

If you see the oppression of the poor, and the violent taking away of justice and righteousness in a district, don’t marvel at the matter, for one official is eyed by a higher one, and there are officials over them.

until I entered God’s sanctuary, and considered their latter end.Surely you set them in slippery places. You throw them down to destruction.How they are suddenly destroyed! They are completely swept away with terrors.As a dream when one wakes up, so, Lord, when you awake, you will despise their fantasies.

My heart flutters. Horror has frightened me. The twilight that I desired has been turned into trembling for me.
