Esther replied,“ The oppressor and enemy is this evil Haman!” Then Haman became terrified in the presence of the king and queen.

以斯帖说：“仇人敌人就是这恶人哈曼！”哈曼在王和王后面前就甚惊惶。

以斯帖说：“仇人敌人就是这恶人哈曼！”哈曼在王和王后面前非常惊惶。

以斯帖说：“仇人敌人就是这恶人哈曼！”哈曼在王和王后面前非常惊惶。

以斯帖回答说：“敌人和仇家就是这恶人哈曼！”哈曼在王和王后面前十分惊恐。

以斯帖回答：“这敌人和仇人，就是这恶人哈曼！”哈曼在王和王后面前立刻惊惶万分。

以斯帖说：“那敌人、那仇敌，就是这恶人哈曼！”哈曼就在王和王后面前惊惶失措。

以斯帖說：「仇人敵人就是這惡人哈曼！」哈曼在王和王后面前就甚驚惶。

以斯帖說：「仇人敵人就是這惡人哈曼！」哈曼在王和王后面前非常驚惶。

以斯帖回答說：「敵人和仇家就是這惡人哈曼！」哈曼在王和王后面前十分驚恐。

以斯帖回答：“這敵人和仇人，就是這惡人哈曼！”哈曼在王和王后面前立刻驚惶萬分。

以斯帖說：『敵人、仇敵、就是哈曼這個壞人！』哈曼在王和王后面前立即驚惶失措。

以斯帖說：「那敵人、那仇敵，就是這惡人哈曼！」哈曼就在王和王后面前驚惶失措。

以斯帖曰、厥仇厥敵、即此惡人哈曼也、於是哈曼驚懼、在王與后前、

后曰、敵非他、哈曼是也。哈曼於王及后前、不勝股栗。

以斯帖曰、敵人仇人即此惡人哈曼、哈曼於王及后前、不勝恐懼、

Esther said,“ An adversary and enemy! This vile Haman!” Then Haman was terrified before the king and queen.

Esther said,“ The man hates us! He’s our enemy! He’s this evil Haman!” Then Haman was terrified in front of the king and queen.

And Esther said,“ A foe and enemy! This wicked Haman!” Then Haman was terrified before the king and the queen.

Esther replied,“ This wicked Haman is our adversary and our enemy.” Haman grew pale with fright before the king and queen.

Esther answered,“ The adversary and enemy is this evil Haman.” Haman stood terrified before the king and queen.

And Esther said,“ A foe and an enemy is this wicked Haman!” Then Haman became terrified before the king and queen.

And Esther said,“ The adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman!” So Haman was terrified before the king and queen.

And Esther said, An adversary and an enemy, even this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.

Esther answered,“ The adversary and enemy is this evil Haman.” Haman stood terrified before the king and queen.

And Esther said, The adversary and enemy[ is] this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.

Esther said,“ An adversary and an enemy, even this wicked Haman!” Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.

and then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will destroy by the breath of his mouth and wipe out by the manifestation of his arrival.

If only you would kill the wicked, O God! Get away from me, you violent men!They rebel against you and act deceitfully; your enemies lie.O LORD, do I not hate those who hate you, and despise those who oppose you?I absolutely hate them, they have become my enemies!

“ Yes, the lamp of the wicked is extinguished; his flame of fire does not shine.The light in his tent grows dark; his lamp above him is extinguished.His vigorous steps are restricted, and his own counsel throws him down.For he has been thrown into a net by his feet and he wanders into a mesh.A trap seizes him by the heel; a snare grips him.A rope is hidden for him on the ground and a trap for him lies on the path.Terrors frighten him on all sides and dog his every step.Calamity is hungry for him, and misfortune is ready at his side.

They are immune to the trouble common to men; they do not suffer as other men do.Arrogance is their necklace, and violence their clothing.Their prosperity causes them to do wrong; their thoughts are sinful.They mock and say evil things; they proudly threaten violence.They speak as if they rule in heaven, and lay claim to the earth.

A king’s wrath is like a messenger of death, but a wise person appeases it.

At that very moment the fingers of a human hand appeared and wrote on the plaster of the royal palace wall, opposite the lampstand. The king was watching the back of the hand that was writing.Then all the color drained from the king’s face and he became alarmed. The joints of his hips gave way, and his knees began knocking together.

But God will judge those outside. Remove the evil person from among you.

Terrifying sounds fill his ears; in a time of peace marauders attack him.He does not expect to escape from darkness; he is marked for the sword;

When all our enemies heard and all the nations who were around us saw this, they were greatly disheartened. They knew that this work had been accomplished with the help of our God.

So the king removed his signet ring from his hand and gave it to Haman the son of Hammedatha, the Agagite, who was hostile toward the Jews.

It’s like the old proverb says:‘ From evil people evil proceeds.’ But my hand will not be against you.

When evil men attack me to devour my flesh, when my adversaries and enemies attack me, they stumble and fall.

The one who says to the guilty,“ You are innocent,” peoples will curse him, and nations will denounce him.But there will be delight for those who convict the guilty, and a pleasing blessing will come on them.

If you see the extortion of the poor, or the perversion of justice and fairness in the government, do not be astonished by the matter. For the high official is watched by a higher official, and there are higher ones over them!

Then I entered the precincts of God’s temple, and understood the destiny of the wicked.Surely you put them in slippery places; you bring them down to ruin.How desolate they become in a mere moment! Terrifying judgments make their demise complete!They are like a dream after one wakes up. O Lord, when you awake you will despise them.

My heart palpitates, I shake in fear; the twilight I desired has brought me terror.
