Then the king asked her,“ What would you like, queen Esther? What is your request? It shall be given you even to the half of the kingdom.”

王对她说：“王后以斯帖啊，你要什么？你求什么，就是国的一半也必赐给你。”

王对她说：“以斯帖王后啊，你要什么？无论你求什么，就是国的一半也必赐给你。”

王问道：“以斯帖王后啊，你有什么事？你有何要求？就是半壁江山，也必赐给你！”

王问她：“王后以斯帖啊，你有什么事吗？你求什么？就是一半江山，也必赐给你。”

王问她：“王后以斯帖，你有什么事吗？无论你求什么，即使是国家的一半，也会赐予你。”

王對她說：「王后以斯帖啊，你要甚麼？你求甚麼，就是國的一半也必賜給你。」

王對她說：「以斯帖王后啊，你要甚麼？無論你求甚麼，就是國的一半也必賜給你。」

王對她說：「以斯帖王后啊，你要甚麼？無論你求甚麼，就是國的一半也必賜給你。」

王問道：「以斯帖王后啊，你有什麼事？你有何要求？就是半壁江山，也必賜給你！」

王問她：“王后以斯帖啊，你有甚麼事嗎？你求甚麼？就是一半江山，也必賜給你。”

王對她說：『王后以斯帖啊，你求甚麼？你要甚麼？就是到國的一半，也必賜給你。』

王問她：「王后以斯帖，你有什麼事嗎？無論你求什麼，即使是國家的一半，也會賜予你。」

王諭之曰、后以斯帖、爾何所欲、爾何所求、即國之半、亦必予爾、

王曰、后來何求、即國之半我亦予爾。

王謂之曰、后以斯帖、爾何所欲、爾何所求、即國之半亦必賜爾、

Then the king asked,“ What is it, Queen Esther? What is your request? Even up to half the kingdom, it will be given you.”

The king asked,“ What is it, Queen Esther? What do you want? I’ll give it to you. I’ll even give you up to half of my kingdom.”

And the king said to her,“ What is it, Queen Esther? What is your request? It shall be given you, even to the half of my kingdom.”

Then the king asked her,“ What do you want, Queen Esther? What is your request? I will give it to you, even if it is half the kingdom!”

“ What is it, Queen Esther?” the king asked her.“ Whatever you want, even to half the kingdom, will be given to you.”

Then the king said to her,“ What is troubling you, Queen Esther? And what is your request? Up to half of the kingdom it shall be given to you.”

And the king said to her,“ What do you wish, Queen Esther? What is your request? It shall be given to you— up to half the kingdom!”

Then said the king unto her, What wilt thou, queen Esther? and what is thy request? it shall be given thee even to the half of the kingdom.

“ What is it, Queen Esther?” the king asked her.“ Whatever you want, even to half the kingdom, will be given to you.”

Then said the king unto her, What wilt thou, queen Esther? and what[ is] thy request? it shall be even given thee to the half of the kingdom.

The king said to her,“ What is on your mind, Queen Esther? What is your request? Even as much as half the kingdom will be given to you!”

He swore to her,“ Whatever you shall ask of me, I will give you, up to half of my kingdom.”

The king said again to Esther on the second day at the banquet of wine,“ What is your petition, queen Esther? It shall be granted you. What is your request? Even to the half of the kingdom it shall be performed.”

The king said to Esther the queen,“ The Jews have slain and destroyed five hundred men in the citadel of Susa, including the ten sons of Haman; what then have they done in the rest of the king’s provinces! Now what is your petition? It shall be granted you. What is your further request? It shall be done.”

The king said to Esther at the banquet of wine,“ What is your petition? It shall be granted you. What is your request? Even to the half of the kingdom it shall be performed.”

In Gibeon, Yahweh appeared to Solomon in a dream by night; and God said,“ Ask for what I should give you.”

Then she said,“ I ask one small petition of you; don’t deny me.” The king said to her,“ Ask on, my mother; for I will not deny you.”

Then the mother of the sons of Zebedee came to him with her sons, kneeling and asking a certain thing of him.He said to her,“ What do you want?” She said to him,“ Command that these, my two sons, may sit, one on your right hand, and one on your left hand, in your Kingdom.”But Jesus answered,“ You don’t know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?” They said to him,“ We are able.”

“ What do you want me to do?” He said,“ Lord, that I may see again.”
