Then the king asked,“ What is it, Queen Esther? What is your request? Even up to half the kingdom, it will be given you.”

王对她说：“王后以斯帖啊，你要什么？你求什么，就是国的一半也必赐给你。”

王对她说：“以斯帖王后啊，你要什么？无论你求什么，就是国的一半也必赐给你。”

王问道：“以斯帖王后啊，你有什么事？你有何要求？就是半壁江山，也必赐给你！”

王问她：“王后以斯帖啊，你有什么事吗？你求什么？就是一半江山，也必赐给你。”

王问她：“王后以斯帖，你有什么事吗？无论你求什么，即使是国家的一半，也会赐予你。”

王對她說：「王后以斯帖啊，你要甚麼？你求甚麼，就是國的一半也必賜給你。」

王對她說：「以斯帖王后啊，你要甚麼？無論你求甚麼，就是國的一半也必賜給你。」

王對她說：「以斯帖王后啊，你要甚麼？無論你求甚麼，就是國的一半也必賜給你。」

王問道：「以斯帖王后啊，你有什麼事？你有何要求？就是半壁江山，也必賜給你！」

王問她：“王后以斯帖啊，你有甚麼事嗎？你求甚麼？就是一半江山，也必賜給你。”

王對她說：『王后以斯帖啊，你求甚麼？你要甚麼？就是到國的一半，也必賜給你。』

王問她：「王后以斯帖，你有什麼事嗎？無論你求什麼，即使是國家的一半，也會賜予你。」

王諭之曰、后以斯帖、爾何所欲、爾何所求、即國之半、亦必予爾、

王曰、后來何求、即國之半我亦予爾。

王謂之曰、后以斯帖、爾何所欲、爾何所求、即國之半亦必賜爾、

The king asked,“ What is it, Queen Esther? What do you want? I’ll give it to you. I’ll even give you up to half of my kingdom.”

And the king said to her,“ What is it, Queen Esther? What is your request? It shall be given you, even to the half of my kingdom.”

Then the king asked her,“ What do you want, Queen Esther? What is your request? I will give it to you, even if it is half the kingdom!”

“ What is it, Queen Esther?” the king asked her.“ Whatever you want, even to half the kingdom, will be given to you.”

Then the king said to her,“ What is troubling you, Queen Esther? And what is your request? Up to half of the kingdom it shall be given to you.”

And the king said to her,“ What do you wish, Queen Esther? What is your request? It shall be given to you— up to half the kingdom!”

Then said the king unto her, What wilt thou, queen Esther? and what is thy request? it shall be given thee even to the half of the kingdom.

“ What is it, Queen Esther?” the king asked her.“ Whatever you want, even to half the kingdom, will be given to you.”

Then said the king unto her, What wilt thou, queen Esther? and what[ is] thy request? it shall be even given thee to the half of the kingdom.

The king said to her,“ What is on your mind, Queen Esther? What is your request? Even as much as half the kingdom will be given to you!”

Then the king asked her,“ What would you like, queen Esther? What is your request? It shall be given you even to the half of the kingdom.”

And he promised her with an oath,“ Whatever you ask I will give you, up to half my kingdom.”

and as they were drinking wine on the second day, the king again asked,“ Queen Esther, what is your petition? It will be given you. What is your request? Even up to half the kingdom, it will be granted.”

The king said to Queen Esther,“ The Jews have killed and destroyed five hundred men and the ten sons of Haman in the citadel of Susa. What have they done in the rest of the king’s provinces? Now what is your petition? It will be given you. What is your request? It will also be granted.”

As they were drinking wine, the king again asked Esther,“ Now what is your petition? It will be given you. And what is your request? Even up to half the kingdom, it will be granted.”

At Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon during the night in a dream, and God said,“ Ask for whatever you want me to give you.”

“ I have one small request to make of you,” she said.“ Do not refuse me.” The king replied,“ Make it, my mother; I will not refuse you.”

Then the mother of Zebedee’s sons came to Jesus with her sons and, kneeling down, asked a favor of him.“ What is it you want?” he asked. She said,“ Grant that one of these two sons of mine may sit at your right and the other at your left in your kingdom.”“ You don’t know what you are asking,” Jesus said to them.“ Can you drink the cup I am going to drink?”“ We can,” they answered.

“ What do you want me to do for you?”“ Lord, I want to see,” he replied.
