On the third day Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner court of the palace, in front of the king’s hall. The king was sitting on his royal throne in the hall, facing the entrance.

“王的所有臣仆和各省人民都知道有一条法令，不论男女，未蒙宣召擅入内院去见王的必被处死，除非王向他伸出金杖，他才能活命。现在我已有三十天未蒙王召见了。”

末底改身穿蓝色和白色朝服，头戴大金冠，披着紫色细麻布外袍，从王那里出来，书珊城的人都欢呼雀跃。

使你们在我的国中和我一同坐席，并且坐在宝座上审判以色列的十二个支派。”

王又造了一个象牙宝座，外面用纯金包裹。这宝座有六级台阶，靠背是圆形的，两旁有扶手，扶手两边各站着一头狮子。六级台阶上共站着十二头狮子，每级台阶两端各站一头。这宝座举世无双。

所以请你命人看守坟墓三天，以防祂的门徒偷走祂的尸体，然后对百姓说祂已经从死里复活。这样的迷惑会比以前的更厉害！”

去请瓦实提王后戴着后冠到王面前，向百姓和官员展现她的美貌，因为她非常美丽。

“听着，我差你们出去，就好像使羊走进狼群一般。所以，你们要像蛇一样机灵，像鸽子一样驯良。
