Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.

So each of you must get rid of your lying. Speak the truth to your neighbor. We are all parts of one body.

But God composed the body, having given greater honor to that part which lacks it,that there should be no schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another.And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually.

By swearing and lying, Killing and stealing and committing adultery, They break all restraint, With bloodshed upon bloodshed.

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts:‘ The fast of the fourth month, The fast of the fifth, The fast of the seventh, And the fast of the tenth, Shall be joy and gladness and cheerful feasts For the house of Judah. Therefore love truth and peace.’

A proud look, A lying tongue, Hands that shed innocent blood,

for fornicators, for sodomites, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine,

For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones.
