You were taught to start living a new life. It is created to be truly good and holy, just as God is.

Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the tactics of the Devil.

For we are His creation, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time so that we should walk in them.

Dear friends, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him because we will see Him as He is.And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself just as He is pure.

We all, with unveiled faces, are looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory; this is from the Lord who is the Spirit.

The night is nearly over, and the daylight is near, so let us discard the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.

Like newborn infants, desire the pure spiritual milk, so that you may grow by it for your salvation,

He gave Himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to cleanse for Himself a people for His own possession, eager to do good works.
