And may you know his love, even though it can’t be known completely. Then you will be filled with everything God has for you.

and to know this love that surpasses knowledge— that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.

and to know Christ’s love that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

The church is Christ’s body and is filled by Christ. He fills everything in every way.

Then you will be able to lead a life that is worthy of the Lord. We pray that you will please him in every way. So we want you to bear fruit in every good thing you do. We pray that you will grow to know God better.

God’s whole nature is living in Christ in human form.Because you belong to Christ, you have been made complete. He is the ruler over every power and authority.

Here is how God showed his love among us. He sent his one and only Son into the world. He sent him so we could receive life through him.Here is what love is. It is not that we loved God. It is that he loved us and sent his Son to give his life to pay for our sins.Dear friends, since God loved us this much, we should also love one another.No one has ever seen God. But if we love one another, God lives in us. His love is made complete in us.Here’s how we know that we are joined to him and he to us. He has given us his Holy Spirit.The Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. We have seen it and are witnesses to it.

God is full of grace. From him we have all received grace in place of the grace already given.

Christ’s love controls us. We are sure that one person died for everyone. And so everyone died.

As you deal with one another, you should think and act as Jesus did.In his very nature he was God. Jesus was equal with God. But Jesus didn’t take advantage of that fact.Instead, he made himself nothing. He did this by taking on the nature of a servant. He was made just like human beings.He appeared as a man. He was humble and obeyed God completely. He did this even though it led to his death. Even worse, he died on a cross!So God lifted him up to the highest place. God gave him the name that is above every name.When the name of Jesus is spoken, everyone will kneel down to worship him. Everyone in heaven and on earth and under the earth will kneel down to worship him.Everyone’s mouth will say that Jesus Christ is Lord. And God the Father will receive the glory.My dear friends, you have always obeyed God. You obeyed while I was with you. And you have obeyed even more while I am not with you. So continue to work out your own salvation. Do it with fear and trembling.

I have been crucified with Christ. I don’t live any longer, but Christ lives in me. Now I live my life in my body by faith in the Son of God. He loved me and gave himself for me.

Lead a life of love, just as Christ did. He loved us. He gave himself up for us. He was a sweet- smelling offering and sacrifice to God.

So“ they are in front of the throne of God. They serve him day and night in his temple. The one who sits on the throne will be with them to keep them safe.‘ Never again will they be hungry. Never again will they be thirsty. The sun will not beat down on them.’( Isaiah 49:10) The heat of the desert will not harm them.The Lamb, who is at the center of the area around the throne, will be their shepherd.‘ He will lead them to springs of living water.’( Isaiah 49:10)‘ And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’ ”( Isaiah 25:8)

Blessed are those who are hungry and thirsty for what is right. They will be filled.

There will no longer be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city. God’s servants will serve him.They will see his face. His name will be on their foreheads.There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun. The Lord God will give them light. They will rule for ever and ever.

Then God’s peace will watch over your hearts and your minds. He will do this because you belong to Christ Jesus. God’s peace can never be completely understood.

And what is eternal life? It is knowing you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.

Then I will go to the altar of God. I will go to God. He is my joy and my delight. God, you are my God. I will praise you by playing the lyre.

May you have power together with all the Lord’s holy people to understand Christ’s love. May you know how wide and long and high and deep it is.

Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Glory belongs to him both now and forever. Amen.

I didn’t see a temple in the city. That’s because the Lamb and the Lord God who rules over all are its temple.The city does not need the sun or moon to shine on it. God’s glory is its light, and the Lamb is its lamp.The nations will walk by the light of the city. The kings of the world will bring their glory into it.

Husbands, love your wives. Love them just as Christ loved the church. He gave himself up for her.

It is right for me to feel this way about all of you. I love you with all my heart. I may be held by chains, or I may be standing up for the truth of the good news. Either way, all of you share in God’s grace together with me.

You will show that I am right; I will enjoy your blessing. When I wake up, I will be satisfied because I will see you.
