I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,

愿你们从他荣耀的权能中，得以在一切事上力上加力，好使你们凡事欢欢喜喜地忍耐宽容，

我靠着那加给我力量的，凡事都能做。

疲乏的，他赐能力；软弱的，他加力量。就是年轻人也要疲乏困倦，强壮的也必全然跌倒。但那等候耶和华的必重新得力。他们必如鹰展翅上腾；他们奔跑却不困倦，行走却不疲乏。

我要使他们倚靠耶和华，得以坚固，他们必奉他的名而行；这是耶和华说的。

你不要害怕，因为我与你同在；不要惊惶，因为我是你的神。我必坚固你，帮助你，用我公义的右手扶持你。

他对我说：“我的恩典是够你用的，因为我的能力是在人的软弱上显得完全。”所以，我更喜欢夸耀自己的软弱，好使基督的能力覆庇我。

惟有主站在我身边，加给我力量，使我能把福音完整地传开，让所有的外邦人都听见；我也从狮子口里被救出来。

最后，你们要靠着主，依赖他的大能大力作刚强的人。

所以，我们不丧胆。虽然我们外在的人日渐朽坏，内在的人却日日更新。

我的神必照他荣耀的丰富，在基督耶稣里，使你们一切所需用的都充足。

耶和华是他百姓的力量，又是他受膏者得救的保障。

因为，按着我里面的人，我喜欢神的律，

这是为了要把他丰盛的荣耀彰显在那蒙怜悯、早预备得荣耀的器皿上。

你们要警醒，在信仰上要站稳，要勇敢，要刚强。

我呼求的日子，你应允我，使我壮胆，心里有能力。

我们藉着这爱子的血得蒙救赎，过犯得以赦免，这是照他丰富的恩典，

不叫我们陷入试探；救我们脱离那恶者。因为国度、权柄、荣耀，全是你的，直到永远。阿们！’

灭了烈火的威力，在锋利的刀剑下逃生，从软弱变为刚强，争战中显出勇猛，打退外邦的全军。

照亮你们心中的眼睛，使你们知道他呼召你们来得的指望是什么，他在圣徒中所得荣耀的基业是何等丰盛，

神要让他们知道，这奥秘在外邦人中有何等丰盛的荣耀；就是基督在你们心里成了得荣耀的盼望。

而要有蕴藏在人内心不衰退的美，以温柔娴静的心妆饰自己；这在神面前是极宝贵的。

那些日子以后，我与以色列家所立的约是这样：我要将我的律法放在他们里面，写在他们心上。我要作他们的神，他们要作我的子民。这是耶和华说的。

虽然我比众圣徒中最小的还小，他还赐我这恩典，让我把基督那测不透的丰富传给外邦人，

惟有内心作犹太人的才是真犹太人，真割礼也是心里的，在乎圣灵，不在乎仪文。这样的人所受的称赞不是从人来的，而是从神来的。

他岂用大能与我争辩呢？不！他必理会我。

为要把他极丰富的恩典，就是他在基督耶稣里向我们所施的恩慈，显明给后来的世代。
