I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,

我必使他們因耶和華而強盛，他們必奉耶和華的名而行。」

你不要害怕，因為我與你同在；不要驚惶，因為我是你的神。我必堅固你，必定幫助你，必定用我公義的右手扶持你。

但他對我說：「我的恩典是夠你用的，因為我的大能在軟弱中得以完全。」因此，我反而極其樂意地誇耀我的那些軟弱，好讓基督的能力遮蓋在我身上。

但是主站在我身邊，使我剛強，為要藉著我使傳道得以完成，讓所有外邦人都能聽見；我也從獅子口裡被救了出來。

最後，你們要在主裡藉著他力量的權能得以剛強。

因此我們不喪膽。即使我們外在的人漸漸衰朽，我們內在的人還是日日被更新。

我的神將按照他榮耀的豐盛，在基督耶穌裡滿足你們一切的需要。

耶和華是他子民的力量，又是他受膏者得救的保障。

就是說，按著內在的人，我喜愛神的法則，

再者，如果這是為要將他那榮耀的豐盛顯明在這些得蒙憐憫的器皿，就是他早已預備要歸於榮耀的器皿上，那又怎麼樣呢？

你們要警醒，在信仰上當站立得穩，要做大丈夫，要剛強；

在我呼求的日子，你回應了我，使我靈裡力量剛強。

在他裡面，我們藉著他的血，得蒙救贖、過犯得到赦免，都是出於神恩典的豐盛。

不要讓我們陷入試探，救我們脫離那惡者。因為國度、權柄、榮耀，全是你的，直到永遠！阿們。

滅了烈火的威力，逃脫了刀劍的鋒刃，從軟弱中得以剛強，在戰爭中得以強大，擊敗了外國的軍隊。

我也求神照亮你們心中的眼睛，使你們知道：屬他召喚的盼望到底是什麼；在聖徒中間，他繼業榮耀的豐盛到底是什麼；

神願意在外邦人中，讓他們明白什麼是這奧祕的榮耀的豐盛；那就是：基督在你們裡面，他是榮耀的盼望！

而應該是心裡面內在的人，帶著不朽壞的品性，出於謙和、安靜的靈；這在神面前是極其貴重的。

我在所有聖徒中，比最小的還小，但被賜予了這恩典，是為了把基督那無法測度的豐盛傳給外邦人；

然而，在內心做猶太人的才是猶太人；同樣，內心的割禮才是割禮——不是靠著律法條文而是靠著聖靈；這樣的人得到的稱讚不是從人來的，而是從神來的。

為了在將來的各世代中，在基督耶穌裡，藉著對我們的仁慈，可以顯出他那無限恩典的豐盛。
