I ask you, therefore, not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory.

So here is what I’m asking you to do. Don’t lose hope because I am suffering for you. It will lead to the time when God will give you his glory.

So I ask you not to lose heart over what I am suffering for you, which is your glory.

So please don’t lose heart because of my trials here. I am suffering for you, so you should feel honored.

So, then, I ask you not to be discouraged over my afflictions on your behalf, for they are your glory.

Therefore I ask you not to become discouraged about my tribulations in your behalf, since they are your glory.

Therefore I ask that you do not lose heart at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.

Wherefore I ask that ye may not faint at my tribulations for you, which are your glory.

So then I ask you not to be discouraged over my afflictions on your behalf, for they are your glory.

Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.

For this reason I ask you not to lose heart because of what I am suffering for you, which is your glory.

Therefore I ask that you may not lose heart at my troubles for you, which are your glory.

Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that what has happened to me has actually served to advance the gospel.As a result, it has become clear throughout the whole palace guard and to everyone else that I am in chains for Christ.And because of my chains, most of the brothers and sisters have become confident in the Lord and dare all the more to proclaim the gospel without fear. Now I rejoice in what I am suffering for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church. (niv)

If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer. (niv)

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. (niv)

He shall say:“ Hear, Israel: Today you are going into battle against your enemies. Do not be fainthearted or afraid; do not panic or be terrified by them. (niv)

We sent Timothy, who is our brother and co- worker in God’s service in spreading the gospel of Christ, to strengthen and encourage you in your faith,so that no one would be unsettled by these trials. For you know quite well that we are destined for them.In fact, when we were with you, we kept telling you that we would be persecuted. And it turned out that way, as you well know. (niv)

On that day they will say to Jerusalem,“ Do not fear, Zion; do not let your hands hang limp. (niv)

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. (niv)

strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith.“ We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God,” they said. (niv)

And as for you, brothers and sisters, never tire of doing what is good. (niv)

Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood.And have you completely forgotten this word of encouragement that addresses you as a father addresses his son? It says,“ My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you, (niv)
