So then I ask you not to be discouraged over my afflictions on your behalf, for they are your glory.

I ask you, therefore, not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory.

So here is what I’m asking you to do. Don’t lose hope because I am suffering for you. It will lead to the time when God will give you his glory.

So I ask you not to lose heart over what I am suffering for you, which is your glory.

So please don’t lose heart because of my trials here. I am suffering for you, so you should feel honored.

So, then, I ask you not to be discouraged over my afflictions on your behalf, for they are your glory.

Therefore I ask you not to become discouraged about my tribulations in your behalf, since they are your glory.

Therefore I ask that you do not lose heart at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.

Wherefore I ask that ye may not faint at my tribulations for you, which are your glory.

Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.

For this reason I ask you not to lose heart because of what I am suffering for you, which is your glory.

Therefore I ask that you may not lose heart at my troubles for you, which are your glory.

For this reason, I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus on behalf of you Gentiles—

Now I want you to know, brothers, that what has happened to me has actually resulted in the advance of the gospel,so that it has become known throughout the whole imperial guard, and to everyone else, that my imprisonment is in the cause of Christ.Most of the brothers in the Lord have gained confidence from my imprisonment and dare even more to speak the message fearlessly.

Now I rejoice in my sufferings for you, and I am completing in my flesh what is lacking in Christ’s afflictions for His body, that is, the church.

If we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation. If we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which is experienced in your endurance of the same sufferings that we suffer.

Youths may faint and grow weary, and young men stumble and fall,but those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not faint.

He is to say to them:‘ Listen, Israel: Today you are about to engage in battle with your enemies. Do not be cowardly. Do not be afraid, alarmed, or terrified because of them.

And we sent Timothy, our brother and God’s coworker in the gospel of Christ, to strengthen and encourage you concerning your faith,so that no one will be shaken by these persecutions. For you yourselves know that we are appointed to this.In fact, when we were with you, we told you previously that we were going to suffer persecution, and as you know, it happened.

On that day it will be said to Jerusalem:“ Do not fear; Zion, do not let your hands grow weak.

So we must not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don’t give up.

strengthening the disciples by encouraging them to continue in the faith and by telling them,“ It is necessary to pass through many troubles on our way into the kingdom of God.”

Brothers, do not grow weary in doing good.

For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, so that you won’t grow weary and lose heart.In struggling against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood.And you have forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons: My son, do not take the Lord’s discipline lightly or faint when you are reproved by Him,
