不惟世人、即天上之爵權諸品天神、亦有賴於教會、始得窺見天主神妙不測之智慧，

为要藉着教会使天上执政的、掌权的，现在得知神百般的智慧。

目的是为了透过教会让天上的执政者和掌权者现在可以看出上帝丰富的智慧。

His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms,

He wanted the rulers and authorities in the heavenly world to come to know his great wisdom. The church would make it known to them.

so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.

God’s purpose in all this was to use the church to display his wisdom in its rich variety to all the unseen rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.

This is so that God’s multi-faceted wisdom may now be made known through the church to the rulers and authorities in the heavens.

The purpose of this enlightenment is that through the church the multifaceted wisdom of God should now be disclosed to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly realms.

彼等且逆知其所預言諸事、非為本身、乃為爾等。凡此奧義、即眾天神亦渴欲一窺、而爾曹則因布道者憑天主所遣聖神之靈感、而得諦聽矣

嗚呼、天主之聰明睿知、不亦淵淵其淵乎哉！孰能測其思維、探其跡蹤耶？

吾人所傳者、乃玄妙幽微之智慧、即天主在有世以前留為吾人誇耀之智慧也。

蓋吾人之對敵、非區區血氣之屬、乃諸品惡神、黑暗世界之權威領袖以及充塞雲霄之眾魔也。

超軼乎一切爵、權、德、統、諸品天神、及今世來世一切可名之名之上。

而於蒙召之人、無論其國籍之為猶太或希臘、則為天主之德能與神慧也。

可頌哉、吾主耶穌基督之天主聖父也。天主已以諸天一切靈祉、因基督而沛加於吾人之身矣

基督今已昇天、位於天主右、一切天神及權德諸品、莫不翕然順服、統於一尊。

諸老合奏新歌一曲、其詞曰：誰堪受其書而啟其緘兮、惟爾具斯大德、爾曾自獻為犧牲兮、流爾寶血；贖元元於各種各族兮、萬邦重譯；俾翕然歸返乎天主兮、以成神國；為王為鐸兮、統御寰域。時見群神、繞寶座及靈物諸老而環立、其數千千萬萬、聞其揚聲而言曰：「獻作祭牲之羔羊、允有大德、宜其受權、宜其受富、宜其受慧、宜其受能、宜其受尊、宜其受榮、宜其受祉！」又聞天上、人間、地下、海中一切眾生、同聲而呼曰：「願寶座之主及羔羊受享一切靈祉、一切尊榮、一切權能、永世靡暨！」四靈物應曰：「心焉祝之。」諸老俯伏而頂禮焉。

萬有皆本乎基督而受造焉；無論在天、在地、有形無形之物、以及一切爵位權德諸品天神、未有不因基督、為基督、而受造者也。

蓋吾深信無論死也、生也、天神也、權威也、現在之事也、未來之事也、宇宙間之一切勢力也、

吾人之靈心、既飽霑恩澤、於是暢茂條達、發為妙慧卓識、

嗚呼、聖道之玄妙、不亦浩浩其天、淵淵其淵乎哉！所謂玄妙者無他、即現於肉身、證於聖神、見於天神、傳於兆民、信於普世、而躋於光榮者也。

爾時耶穌又言曰：『頌揚聖父、天地真主！蓋爾隱此道於智巧之人、而啟之於赤子；父之妙旨、不亦善乎。吾父已將一切付諸於我矣。知子惟父、知父惟子、及蒙子啟牖之人。

讚主於天中。讚主於蒼穹。讚主爾眾神。讚主爾萬軍。

巍巍我主。經綸無數。陶鈞萬物。澤被寰宇。

凡百天神。敢不稽首。諦聽妙音。兢兢自守。
