惟吾救主天主大發慈悲、

自有世以來、斯玄妙之旨、未曾啟迪於人。今則已因聖神而明示其諸聖宗徒、及先知先覺之人矣。

可頌惟主。義塞之宰。振古如茲。乃至萬代。願爾兆民。同心愛戴。

吾願其因教會及基督耶穌、享受光榮、奕世無暨、心焉祝之。

彼等且逆知其所預言諸事、非為本身、乃為爾等。凡此奧義、即眾天神亦渴欲一窺、而爾曹則因布道者憑天主所遣聖神之靈感、而得諦聽矣
