having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace,

而且以自己的身体废掉冤仇，就是那记在律法上的规条，为要将两下藉着自己造成一个新人，如此便成就了和睦。

废掉那记在律法上的规条，为要使两方藉着自己造成一个新人，促成了和平；

而以自己的肉身、血與肉、廢掉了規例中誡命的律法，好把兩下在自己裏面創造一個新人類、而成就和平；

廢除了諭令中誡命的律法，為了把兩者在他自己裡面造成一個新人，締造和平。

且於其形軀廢厥仇讐、即誡命之律、載於條例者、致於彼中以二者造一新人而致和、

惟有守法之儀文、故我儕相敵、基督身死而廢之、使二為一、而相和如新造之人、

彼以其身、廢冤仇之由、即教守儀文之律法、欲於己身使二者成為一新造之人、如是、使之得和、

除法令之障。於彼之身、本族外族融成一體、以作新人、以建和平。

by setting aside in his flesh the law with its commands and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new humanity out of the two, thus making peace,

Through his body on the cross, Christ set aside the law with all its commands and rules. He planned to create one new people out of Jews and Gentiles. He wanted to make peace between them.

by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man in place of the two, so making peace,

He did this by ending the system of law with its commandments and regulations. He made peace between Jews and Gentiles by creating in himself one new people from the two groups.

he made of no effect the law consisting of commands and expressed in regulations, so that he might create in himself one new man from the two, resulting in peace.

by abolishing in His flesh the hostility, which is the Law composed of commandments expressed in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two one new person, in this way establishing peace;

having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; that he might create in himself of the two one new man, so making peace;

He made of no effect the law consisting of commands and expressed in regulations, so that He might create in Himself one new man from the two, resulting in peace.

Having abolished in his flesh the enmity,[ even] the law of commandments[ contained] in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man,[ so] making peace;

when he nullified in his flesh the law of commandments in decrees. He did this to create in himself one new man out of two, thus making peace,

having abolished in his flesh the hostility, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man of the two, making peace,

having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.

and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,

For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written,“ Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them.”

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Therefore, if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to regulations—

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but a new creation.

from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

In that He says,“ A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

It was symbolic for the present time in which both gifts and sacrifices are offered which cannot make him who performed the service perfect in regard to the conscience—concerned only with foods and drinks, various washings, and fleshly ordinances imposed until the time of reformation.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

who has come, not according to the law of a fleshly commandment, but according to the power of an endless life.

Therefore it was necessary that the copies of the things in the heavens should be purified with these, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.

And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciledin the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight—

For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect.For then would they not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers, once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins.But in those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year.For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins.Therefore, when He came into the world, He said:“ Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, But a body You have prepared for Me.In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You had no pleasure.Then I said,‘ Behold, I have come— in the volume of the book it is written of Me— to do Your will, O God.’”Previously saying,“ Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings, and offerings for sin You did not desire, nor had pleasure in them”( which are offered according to the law),then He said,“ Behold, I have come to do Your will, O God.” He takes away the first that He may establish the second.By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus,by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,and having a High Priest over the house of God,let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
