彼以其身、廢冤仇之由、即教守儀文之律法、欲於己身使二者成為一新造之人、如是、使之得和、

而且以自己的身体废掉冤仇，就是那记在律法上的规条，为要将两下藉着自己造成一个新人，如此便成就了和睦。

惟有守法之儀文、故我儕相敵、基督身死而廢之、使二為一、而相和如新造之人、

除法令之障。於彼之身、本族外族融成一體、以作新人、以建和平。

無分猶太人與希拉人、自主者與為奴者、男與女、蓋爾在基督耶穌、皆一也、

若爾與基督同死、脫斯世之賤質、何仍遵儀文、似猶活於世俗中、

信基督耶穌、受割禮不受割禮皆無益、至要者惟新造之人、

全體賴彼聯絡鞏固、百節諸肢、各隨其用、各按其量、力行相助、使體漸長、而以愛自建、○

既言新約、則以前約為舊、凡舊而漸衰者、必速歸於無有、

是幕、乃今時之預像、或作是幕乃預像至於今時於此獻禮物祭祀、不能使崇事之人純全、心中安然、俱為世俗世俗原文作肉體之儀文、與飲食及諸盥濯之規例、皆設立至振興之時乃止者也、

是故人在基督、則為新造之人、舊事已逝、一切更新、

彼立為祭司、非循世間世間原文作肉體之法、乃循永生之能、

按天上物式而造者、當用如此之祭祀以潔之、則天上本物、當用較此更美之祭祀以潔之、

爾素遠離、因爾行惡、心中與之為敵、今天主以耶穌肉身受死、使爾與己復和、俾爾成聖、無有瑕疵、無可指摘、而立於其前、

律法既為將來美事之影、非本物之實形、故不能以每年所恆獻之祭、使來前者得純全、若能、則崇事者、一潔其心、不復覺有罪、獻祭之事、豈不止息乎、但此祭、使人每年記憶其罪耳、蓋牛羊之血、不能除罪、故基督臨世之時、曰、主歟、祭祀與禮物、爾所不欲、爾曾為我備一身、火焚祭與贖罪之祭、爾所不悅、我即云、天主歟、我來以遵行爾旨、在書卷載有指我之言、先既言祭祀與禮物、火焚祭與贖罪之祭、爾不欲不悅之、此皆遵律法而獻者、後則言天主歟、我來以遵爾旨、以是而觀、彼乃廢其先者以立其後者、我儕由此旨、賴耶穌基督一次獻己身、得成聖潔、

兄弟乎、我儕既賴耶穌之血、得毅然以入聖所、乃由彼為我儕所開永生之新路、自幔而過者、此幔即其肉體、
