For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Our people must also learn to engage in good deeds to meet pressing needs, so that they will not be unproductive.

just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love

This statement is trustworthy; and concerning these things I want you to speak confidently, so that those who have believed God will be careful to engage in good deeds. These things are good and beneficial for people.

The people whom I formed for Myself Will declare My praise.

and let’s consider how to encourage one another in love and good deeds,

Instruct them to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share,

in all things show yourself to be an example of good deeds, with purity in doctrine, dignified,

and have put on the new self, which is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created it—

Keep your behavior excellent among the Gentiles, so that in the thing in which they slander you as evildoers, they may because of your good deeds, as they observe them, glorify God on the day of visitation.

But when he sees his children, the work of My hands, in his midst, They will sanctify My name; Indeed, they will sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, And will stand in awe of the God of Israel.

The Lord will accomplish what concerns me; Your faithfulness, Lord, is everlasting; Do not abandon the works of Your hands.

Remind them to be subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good deed,

Create in me a clean heart, God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Now in Joppa there was a disciple named Tabitha( which when translated means Dorcas); this woman was excelling in acts of kindness and charity which she did habitually.

Oh that My people would listen to Me, That Israel would walk in My ways!

Jesus responded and said to him,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”Nicodemus* said to Him,“ How can a person be born when he is old? He cannot enter his mother’s womb a second time and be born, can he?”Jesus answered,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.That which has been born of the flesh is flesh, and that which has been born of the Spirit is spirit.

For neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.

in which you previously walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience.

Is this what you do to the Lord, You foolish and unwise people? Is He not your Father who has purchased you? He has made you and established you.

Therefore there is now no condemnation at all for those who are in Christ Jesus.
