我知道：人一生中没有什么比喜乐和行善更好的；并且，人人吃喝，在一切的劳苦中享受好处——这也是神的恩赐。

对人而言，没有什么比吃喝并在劳苦中找到快乐更好的了！在我看，这也是出于神的手；因为离了他，谁能吃喝，谁能享受呢？原来神把智慧、知识和喜乐赐给他所喜悦的人；至于罪人，神加给他们担子，让他们去收取、积聚，好给神所喜悦的人。这也是虚空，也是捕风！

于是我称赞享乐，因为在日光之下，没有什么好过吃喝享乐——在日光之下，在神赐给人一生的日子里，在他的劳苦中，这些必伴随他。

看哪，我所见为善为美的，就是人在神所赐给他一生可数的日子里吃喝，享受他在日光之下劳苦所得的一切好处，因为这是他的份。

设宴是为了欢笑，酒能使人生快乐，钱能解决万事。

原来在各民族中，那敬畏神而行义的人，都是神所悦纳的。

至于亚伯，他带来了自己羊群中最好的头生羊。耶和华看重了亚伯和他的供物，却没有看重该隐和他的供物。该隐就极其恼火，他的脸沉了下来。

耶稣对他说：“你回去吧，你的儿子活了！”那人相信耶稣的话，就回去了。

你为什么说‘她是我的妹妹’，以致我要娶她为妻呢？现在，你的妻子在这里，带她走吧！”

不过你们当把里面的施舍给人，看哪，对你们来说一切就都洁净了。

耶稣对她说：“凭你这句话，你可以回去了。鬼魔已经离开了你的女儿。”
