Since the word of the king is authoritative, who will say to him,“ What are you doing?”

王的话本有权力，谁敢问他说“你做什么”呢？

王的话本有权力，谁能对他说：“你在做什么？”

王的话本有权力，谁能对他说：“你在做什么？”

况且，王的命令至高无上，谁敢质问他呢？

既然王的话有权柄，谁敢问他：“你在作什么？”

要知道，王的话语有权柄；谁能对他说：“你在做什么呢？”

王的話本有權力，誰敢問他說「你做甚麼」呢？

王的話本有權力，誰能對他說：「你在做甚麼？」

王的話本有權力，誰能對他說：「你在做甚麼？」

況且，王的命令至高無上，誰敢質問他呢？

王言有權、孰能語之曰、爾何為哉、

王之命莫能禦、王所為、孰敢詰。

王之命有權、孰能詰之曰、爾所為何事、

Since a king’s word is supreme, who can say to him,“ What are you doing?”

The king has the final word. So who can ask him,“ What are you doing?”

For the word of the king is supreme, and who may say to him,“ What are you doing?”

His command is backed by great power. No one can resist or question it.

For the king’s word is authoritative, and who can say to him,“ What are you doing?”

Where the word of a king is, there is power; And who may say to him,“ What are you doing?”

For the king’s word hath power; and who may say unto him, What doest thou?

For the king’s word is authoritative, and who can say to him,“ What are you doing?”

Where the word of a king[ is, there is] power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?

Surely the king’s authority is absolute; no one can say to him,“ What are you doing?”

for the king’s word is supreme. Who can say to him,“ What are you doing?”

If He were to snatch away, who could restrain Him? Who could say to Him,‘ What are You doing?’

All the inhabitants of the earth are of no account, But He does according to His will among the army of heaven And among the inhabitants of earth; And no one can fend off His hand Or say to Him,‘ What have You done?’

Every person is to be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves.For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of authority? Do what is good and you will have praise from the same;for it is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do what is evil, be afraid; for it does not bear the sword for nothing; for it is a servant of God, an avenger who brings wrath on the one who practices evil.

Who says to a king,‘ You worthless one,’ To nobles,‘ You wicked one’;Who shows no partiality to the prominent, Nor regards the rich as above the poor, Since they are all the work of His hands?

On the contrary, who are you, you foolish person, who answers back to God? The thing molded will not say to the molder,“ Why did you make me like this,” will it?

The terror of a king is like the roaring of a lion; One who provokes him to anger forfeits his own life.

A king’s wrath is like the roaring of a lion, But his favor is like dew on the grass.

“ Now I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have nothing more that they can do.But I will warn you whom to fear: fear the One who, after He has killed someone, has the power to throw that person into hell; yes, I tell you, fear Him!

Now if you are ready, at the moment you hear the sound of the horn, flute, lyre, trigon, psaltery and bagpipe, and all kinds of musical instruments, to fall down and worship the statue that I have made, very well. But if you do not worship, you will immediately be thrown into the midst of a furnace of blazing fire; and what god is there who can rescue you from my hands?”

So the king commanded Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and he went out and struck him so that he died. And the kingdom was established in the hands of Solomon.

And it was reported to King Solomon that Joab had fled to the tent of the Lord, and was beside the altar. Then Solomon sent Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, saying,“ Go, execute him.”So Benaiah came to the tent of the Lord and said to him,“ This is what the king has said:‘ Come out.’ ” But he said,“ No, for I will die here.” So Benaiah brought back word to the king, saying,“ This is what Joab spoke, and so he answered me.”And the king said to him,“ Do just as he has spoken, and execute him and bury him, so that you may remove from me and from my father’s house the blood which Joab shed without justification.The Lord will return his blood on his own head, because he struck two men more righteous and better than he, and killed them with the sword, while my father David did not know about it: Abner the son of Ner, commander of the army of Israel, and Amasa the son of Jether, commander of the army of Judah.So their blood shall return on the head of Joab and on the head of his descendants forever; but for David and his descendants, and his house and his throne, may there be peace from the Lord forever.”Then Benaiah the son of Jehoiada went up and struck him and put him to death, and he was buried at his own house in the wilderness.

Behold, let me respond to you, you are not right in this, For God is greater than mankind.“ Why do you complain to Him That He does not give an account of all His doings?

Then King Solomon sent the order by Benaiah the son of Jehoiada; and he struck him so that he died.
