Who is like a wise person? Who knows how to explain things? A person’s wisdom makes their face bright. It softens the look on their face.

How wonderful to be wise, to analyze and interpret things. Wisdom lights up a person’s face, softening its harshness.

This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit- taught words.The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human judgments,for,“ Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

The wise prevail through great power, and those who have knowledge muster their strength.

“ We both had dreams,” they answered,“ but there is no one to interpret them.” Then Joseph said to them,“ Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell me your dreams.”

The king said to Daniel,“ Surely your God is the God of gods and the Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries, for you were able to reveal this mystery.”
