Who is like a wise person? Who knows how to explain things? A person’s wisdom makes their face bright. It softens the look on their face.

Who is like the wise? And who knows the interpretation of a thing? A man’s wisdom makes his face shine, and the hardness of his face is changed.

How wonderful to be wise, to analyze and interpret things. Wisdom lights up a person’s face, softening its harshness.

The revealer of mysteries has let you know what will happen.As for me, this mystery has been revealed to me, not because I have more wisdom than anyone living, but in order that the interpretation might be made known to the king, and that you may understand the thoughts of your mind.

Pharaoh said to Joseph,“ I have had a dream, and no one can interpret it. But I have heard it said about you that you can hear a dream and interpret it.”“ I am not able to,” Joseph answered Pharaoh.“ It is God who will give Pharaoh a favorable answer.”

Then Pharaoh said to his servants,“ Can we find anyone like this, a man who has God’s spirit in him?”So Pharaoh said to Joseph,“ Since God has made all this known to you, there is no one as intelligent and wise as you are.

We also speak these things, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual things to spiritual people.But the unbeliever does not welcome what comes from God’s Spirit, because it is foolishness to him; he is not able to understand it since it is evaluated spiritually.The spiritual person, however, can evaluate everything, yet he himself cannot be evaluated by anyone.For who has known the Lord’s mind, that he may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.

A wise warrior is better than a strong one, and a man of knowledge than one of strength;

“ We had dreams,” they said to him,“ but there is no one to interpret them.” Then Joseph said to them,“ Don’t interpretations belong to God? Tell me your dreams.”

The king said to Daniel,“ Your God is indeed God of gods, Lord of kings, and a revealer of mysteries, since you were able to reveal this mystery.”
