I find more bitter than death the woman who is a snare, whose heart is a trap and whose hands are chains. The man who pleases God will escape her, but the sinner she will ensnare.

A woman who hunts a man down is more painful than death. Her heart is like a trap. Her hands are like chains. A man who pleases God will try to get away from her. But she will trap a sinner.

And I find something more bitter than death: the woman whose heart is snares and nets, and whose hands are fetters. He who pleases God escapes her, but the sinner is taken by her.

陌生女子的口是深坑，耶和华所憎恶的，必陷在其中。

因为陌生女子的嘴唇滴下蜂蜜，她的口比油更滑，后来却苦似茵陈，锐利如两刃的剑。她的脚坠落死亡，她的脚步踏入阴间，

她的家陷入死亡，她的路偏向阴魂。凡到她那里去的，不得回转，也得不到生命的路。

上帝喜爱谁，就给谁智慧、知识和喜乐；惟有罪人，上帝使他劳苦，将他所储藏、所堆积的归给上帝所喜爱的人。这也是虚空，也是捕风。

智慧要救你远离陌生女子，远离那油嘴滑舌的外邦女子。

这女子用许多巧言引诱他，用谄媚的嘴唇催逼他。青年立刻跟随她，好像牛去被宰杀，又像愚妄人带着脚镣去受刑，直到箭穿进他的肝，如同雀鸟急投罗网，却不知会赔上自己的生命。孩子们，现在要听从我，要留心听我口中的言语。你的心不可偏向她的道，不要误入她的迷途。因为她击倒许多人，无数的人被她杀戮。她的家是在阴间之路，下到死亡之宫。

妓女是深坑，外邦女子是窄井。她像强盗埋伏，她使奸诈的人增多。

人却不知有阴魂在她那里，她召唤的人是在阴间的深处。

大利拉见他说出了心中的一切，就派人去召非利士人的领袖，说：“请再上来一次，因为他已经说出了心中的一切。”于是非利士人的领袖手里拿着银子，上到她那里。大利拉哄参孙睡在她的膝上，叫一个人来剃掉参孙头上的七条发绺。于是大利拉开始制伏参孙，他的力气就离开他了。大利拉说：“参孙，非利士人来捉你了！”参孙从睡中醒来，说：“我要像前几次一样脱身而去。”他却不知道耶和华已经离开他了。非利士人逮住他，挖了他的眼睛，带他下到迦萨，用铜链锁住他，叫他在监狱里推磨。
