That which is, is far off and exceedingly deep. Who can find it out?

万事之理，离我甚远，而且最深，谁能测透呢？

万事之理遥不可及，太深奥，谁能测透呢？

那离得远又极深奥的，谁能找到呢？

那已有的事，既遥远又极其深奥，谁能发现呢？

凡所有者、其理玄遠深邃、孰能測之、

道甚玄遠、誰能測度。

世間萬事、其理懸遠、深妙又深妙、誰能窮究、

Whatever exists is far off and most profound— who can discover it?

Whatever exists is far away and very deep. Who can find it?

That which has been is far off, and deep, very deep; who can find it out?

Wisdom is always distant and difficult to find.

What exists is beyond reach and very deep. Who can discover it?

What has been is remote and very mysterious. Who can discover it?

As for that which is far off and exceedingly deep, Who can find it out?

That which is, is far off and exceeding deep; who can find it out?

What exists is beyond reach and very deep. Who can discover it?

That which is far off, and exceeding deep, who can find it out?

Whatever has happened is beyond human understanding; it is far deeper than anyone can fathom.

Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past tracing out!

He alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and eternal power. Amen.

This knowledge is beyond me. It’s lofty. I can’t attain it.

To man he said,‘ Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom. To depart from evil is understanding.’”

Your righteousness is like the mountains of God. Your judgments are like a great deep. Yahweh, you preserve man and animal.

“ For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways,” says Yahweh.“ For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

“ Can you fathom the mystery of God? Or can you probe the limits of the Almighty?They are high as heaven. What can you do? They are deeper than Sheol. What can you know?

“ But where will wisdom be found? Where is the place of understanding?Man doesn’t know its price; Neither is it found in the land of the living.The deep says,‘ It isn’t in me.’ The sea says,‘ It isn’t with me.’It can’t be gotten for gold, neither will silver be weighed for its price.It can’t be valued with the gold of Ophir, with the precious onyx, or the sapphire.Gold and glass can’t equal it, neither will it be exchanged for jewels of fine gold.No mention will be made of coral or of crystal. Yes, the price of wisdom is above rubies.The topaz of Ethiopia will not equal it, nor will it be valued with pure gold.Where then does wisdom come from? Where is the place of understanding?Seeing it is hidden from the eyes of all living, and kept close from the birds of the sky.Destruction and Death say,‘ We have heard a rumor of it with our ears.’“ God understands its way, and he knows its place.

For this commandment which I command you today is not too hard for you or too distant.It is not in heaven, that you should say,“ Who will go up for us to heaven, bring it to us, and proclaim it to us, that we may do it?”Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should say,“ Who will go over the sea for us, bring it to us, and proclaim it to us, that we may do it?”But the word is very near to you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may do it.
