Wisdom is a shelter as money is a shelter, but the advantage of knowledge is this: Wisdom preserves those who have it.

Wisdom provides safety, just as money provides safety. But here’s the advantage of wisdom. It guards those who have it.

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous runs into it and is safe.A rich person’s wealth is his strong city, And like a high wall in his own imagination.

And He will be the stability of your times, A wealth of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge; The fear of the Lord is his treasure.

“ Be reconciled with Him, and be at peace; Thereby good will come to you.Please receive instruction from His mouth, And put His words in your heart.If you return to the Almighty, you will be restored; If you remove injustice far from your tent,And put your gold in the dust, And the gold of Ophir among the stones of the brooks,Then the Almighty will be your gold And abundant silver to you.

I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have placed before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants,by loving the Lord your God, by obeying His voice, and by holding close to Him; for this is your life and the length of your days, so that you may live in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.”

For by me your days will be multiplied, And years of life will be added to you.

The poor is hated even by his neighbor, But those who love the rich are many.

Who proceed down to Egypt Without consulting Me, To take refuge in the safety of Pharaoh, And to seek shelter in the shadow of Egypt!

For it is not a trivial matter for you; indeed it is your life. And by this word you will prolong your days in the land, which you are about to cross the Jordan to possess.”

He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity,

And I know that His commandment is eternal life; therefore the things I speak, I speak just as the Father has told Me.”

And the bramble said to the trees,‘ If you really are anointing me as king over you, come and take refuge in my shade; but if not, may fire come out of the bramble and consume the cedars of Lebanon.’

And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
