Wisdom is a shelter as money is a shelter, but the advantage of knowledge is this: Wisdom preserves those who have it.

Wisdom provides safety, just as money provides safety. But here’s the advantage of wisdom. It guards those who have it.

For the protection of wisdom is like the protection of money, and the advantage of knowledge is that wisdom preserves the life of him who has it.

Wisdom and money can get you almost anything, but only wisdom can save your life.

神哪，求你恩待我、恩待我，因为我的心投靠你！我投靠在你翅膀的荫庇下，直到祸患过去。

在盛怒的日子里财物没有益处；唯有公义解救人脱离死亡。

谋略会看守你，聪慧会守护你，

耶和华的名是坚固的塔楼，义人跑进去就安稳在高处。富人的财物，是他坚固的城，在他幻想中，如高高的城墙。

他是你一生的保障，是丰盛的救恩、智慧和知识；敬畏耶和华是你的至宝。

因为藉着智慧，你的日子就增多，你生命的岁月也会增添。

穷人甚至被他的邻人所恨恶；富人却有许多喜爱他的人。

他们没有求问我，就起身下埃及去，在法老的保护下避难，投靠在埃及的荫庇下。

他为正直人留存真知，他是行事纯全人的盾牌；

我知道他的命令就是永恒的生命。所以我所讲的，正是照着父所告诉我的来讲的。”

认识你——独一的真神，并认识你所差派的耶稣基督，这就是永恒的生命。
