I perceived that there is nothing better for them than to be joyful and to do good as long as they live;

我知道世人，莫强如终身喜乐行善；

我知道，人除了终身喜乐纳福，没有一件幸福的事。

我知道，人除了终身喜乐纳福，没有一件幸福的事。

我认识到，人生在世没有什么比欢乐、享受更好。

我晓得人生最好是寻乐享福，

我知道：人一生中没有什么比喜乐和行善更好的；

我知道世人，莫強如終身喜樂行善；

我知道，人除了終身喜樂納福，沒有一件幸福的事。

我知道，人除了終身喜樂納福，沒有一件幸福的事。

我認識到，人生在世沒有什麼比歡樂、享受更好。

我曉得人生最好是尋樂享福，

我知道世人莫如時常歡喜、一生享樂；

我知道：人一生中沒有什麼比喜樂和行善更好的；

我知世人畢生懽愉行善、無愈於此、

以我觀之、人在斯世、莫若為善而享福。

我知世人終身、惟有喜樂與行善為美、

I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live.

People should be happy and do good while they live. I know there’s nothing better for them to do than that.

So I concluded there is nothing better than to be happy and enjoy ourselves as long as we can.

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and enjoy the good life.

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and to do good in one’s lifetime;

I know that nothing is better for them than to rejoice, and to do good in their lives,

I know that there is nothing better for them, than to rejoice, and to do good so long as they live.

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and enjoy the good life.

I know that[ there is] no good in them, but for[ a man] to rejoice, and to do good in his life.

I have concluded that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to enjoy themselves as long as they live,

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice, and to do good as long as they live.

So I saw that there is nothing better than that a man should rejoice in his work, for that is his lot. Who can bring him to see what will be after him?

Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness.

See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone.Rejoice always,

They are to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share,

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand;do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me— practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

But give as alms those things that are within, and behold, everything is clean for you.

And as the Lord took delight in doing you good and multiplying you, so the Lord will take delight in bringing ruin upon you and destroying you. And you shall be plucked off the land that you are entering to take possession of it.

Go, eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart, for God has already approved what you do.Let your garments be always white. Let not oil be lacking on your head.Enjoy life with the wife whom you love, all the days of your vain life that he has given you under the sun, because that is your portion in life and in your toil at which you toil under the sun.

In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said,‘ It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”

You meet him who joyfully works righteousness, those who remember you in your ways. Behold, you were angry, and we sinned; in our sins we have been a long time, and shall we be saved?
