以我觀之、人在斯世、莫若為善而享福。

我知世人終身、惟有喜樂與行善為美、

I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live.

People should be happy and do good while they live. I know there’s nothing better for them to do than that.

I perceived that there is nothing better for them than to be joyful and to do good as long as they live;

So I concluded there is nothing better than to be happy and enjoy ourselves as long as we can.

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and to do good in one’s lifetime;

I know that nothing is better for them than to rejoice, and to do good in their lives,

I know that there is nothing better for them, than to rejoice, and to do good so long as they live.

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and enjoy the good life.

I know that[ there is] no good in them, but for[ a man] to rejoice, and to do good in his life.

I have concluded that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to enjoy themselves as long as they live,

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice, and to do good as long as they live.

I have seen that there is nothing better than for a person to enjoy his activities because that is his reward. For who can enable him to see what will happen after he dies?

Trust in the LORD and do what is good; dwell in the land and live securely.

See to it that no one repays evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good for one another and for all.Rejoice always,

Instruct them to do what is good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and willing to share,

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!Let your graciousness be known to everyone. The Lord is near.Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.Finally brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable— if there is any moral excellence and if there is anything praiseworthy— dwell on these things.Do what you have learned and received and heard from me, and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you.

But give from what is within to the poor, and then everything is clean for you.

Just as the LORD was glad to cause you to prosper and to multiply you, so he will also be glad to cause you to perish and to destroy you. You will be ripped out of the land you are entering to possess.

Go, eat your bread with pleasure, and drink your wine with a cheerful heart, for God has already accepted your works.Let your clothes be white all the time, and never let oil be lacking on your head.Enjoy life with the wife you love all the days of your fleeting life, which has been given to you under the sun, all your fleeting days. For that is your portion in life and in your struggle under the sun.

In every way I’ve shown you that it is necessary to help the weak by laboring like this and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, because he said,‘ It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”

You welcome the one who joyfully does what is right; they remember you in your ways. But we have sinned, and you were angry. How can we be saved if we remain in our sins?
