神把智慧、知識和喜樂賜給他所喜悅的人，卻使罪人作收集和積聚的差事，把所得的歸給神所喜悅的人。這也是虛空，也是捕風。

彼所悅者、錫以智慧、知識歡樂、惟以憂勞加於罪人、使其所收所積、歸於上帝所悅者、斯亦虛空、乃為捕風、

上帝所悅者、賜以智慧歡樂、若惡人則勞苦之、以其所積貨財、賜於善良、凡百之事、無非捕風捉影、以此益見矣。

天主所悅者、賜以智慧、知識、歡樂、獲罪於天主者、天主則畀以收斂積蓄之任、終歸於天主所悅者用、此亦屬於虛、亦如捕風、

To the person who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.

God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness to the person who pleases him. But to a sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth. Then the sinner must hand it over to the one who pleases God. That doesn’t have any meaning either. It’s like chasing the wind.

For to the one who pleases him God has given wisdom and knowledge and joy, but to the sinner he has given the business of gathering and collecting, only to give to one who pleases God. This also is vanity and a striving after wind.

God gives wisdom, knowledge, and joy to those who please him. But if a sinner becomes wealthy, God takes the wealth away and gives it to those who please him. This, too, is meaningless— like chasing the wind.

For to the person who is pleasing in his sight, he gives wisdom, knowledge, and joy; but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and accumulating in order to give to the one who is pleasing in God’s sight. This too is futile and a pursuit of the wind.

For to a person who is good in His sight, He has given wisdom and knowledge and joy, while to the sinner He has given the task of gathering and collecting so that he may give to one who is good in God’s sight. This too is futility and striving after wind.

善人給子孫留下產業，罪人的財富，卻是為義人積藏。

他雖然堆積銀子如塵沙，預備衣服如泥土，他儘管預備，義人卻要穿上；他的銀子，無辜的人也要瓜分。

你們向來沒有奉我的名求甚麼；現在你們祈求，就必定得著，讓你們的喜樂滿溢。

你們要告訴義人，他們必得福樂，因為他們必享自己行為所結的果子。惡人卻有禍了，他們必遭災難，因為他們必按自己手所作的得報應。

凡是藉著高息厚利增加自己財富的，就是為那恩待窮人的人積蓄。

希西家在猶大全地都這樣行，他在耶和華他的神面前行良善、正直和誠實的事。他經辦的一切事，無論是關於神殿的事奉，或是關於律法和誡命的遵行，他都尋求他的神。因為他盡心去行，所以盡都順利。

得著智慧，獲致聰明的人，是有福的。因為智慧的利潤勝過銀子的利潤，智慧的收益勝過黃金的收益。智慧比紅寶石更寶貴；你一切所喜愛的，都不足與智慧比較。智慧的右手有長壽，左手有財富和尊榮。智慧的道路盡是歡悅，智慧的路徑全是平安。對緊握智慧的人來說，智慧是生命樹，凡是緊抓智慧的，都是有福的。

你們因著神得以在基督耶穌裡，他使基督成了我們的智慧；就是公義、聖潔和救贖，正如經上所說的：“誇口的應當靠著主誇口。”

他們在神面前都是義人，遵行主的一切誡命規條，無可指摘，

耶和華對挪亞說：“你和你全家都要進入方舟，因為在這世代中，我見只有你在我面前是個義人。

你們要讓基督的道豐豐富富地住在你們心裡，以各樣的智慧，彼此教導，互相勸戒，用詩章、聖詩、靈歌，懷著感恩的心歌頌神。凡你們所作的，無論是言語或行為，都要奉主耶穌的名，藉著他感謝父神。

因此，我們從聽見的那天起，就不停地為你們禱告祈求，願你們藉著一切屬靈的智慧和悟性，可以充分明白神的旨意，使你們行事為人對得起主，凡事蒙他喜悅；在一切善事上多結果子，更加認識神；依照他榮耀的大能得著一切能力，帶著喜樂的心，凡事忍耐寬容；並且感謝父，他使你們有資格分享聖徒在光明中的基業。

因為神的國不在於吃喝，而在於公義、和睦，以及聖靈裡的喜樂。這樣服事基督的人，必蒙神喜悅，又得眾人嘉許。

但聖靈的果子是仁愛、喜樂、平安、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信實、溫柔、節制；這樣的事，是沒有律法禁止的。

至於從天上來的智慧，首先是純潔的，其次是和平的，溫柔的，謙遜的，滿有恩慈和善果，沒有偏袒，沒有虛偽。

但是在人心裡面有靈，全能者的氣息使人有聰明。

我看過日光之下所發生的一切事，不料，一切都是虛空，都是捕風。
