甚至人害怕高处，害怕道路上的危险；杏树开花，蚱蜢蹒跚，人的性欲衰退；因为人归向自己永远的家，哀哭的人在街道上绕行。

人都怕爬高，怕路上有驚慌；杏兒他拒絕；跨鳳是重擔；壯陽藥也無效；因為人快要到他永遠的家去，職業號咷者都在街上四圍等着；

甚至人害怕高處，害怕道路上的危險；杏樹開花，蚱蜢蹣跚，人的性慾衰退；因為人歸向自己永遠的家，哀哭的人在街道上繞行。

登高則恐懼、行路則悚惶、杏樹放葩、蝗蟲體重、酸豆失其補力、人歸永居之所、弔者往來於衢、

不敢登高、行於途中亦多畏葸、以杏核為可厭、以蟿蟲為重物、生平嗜好、百無一存、人歸窀穸、哀者行於衢。

畏登高處、行於途亦多驚懼、以杏核為可厭、以蝗蟲為重物、口腹之欲悉廢、將歸永居之所、不久哀者隨行於衢、

when people are afraid of heights and of dangers in the streets; when the almond tree blossoms and the grasshopper drags itself along and desire no longer is stirred. Then people go to their eternal home and mourners go about the streets.

Remember your Creator before you become afraid of places that are too high. You will also be terrified because of danger in the streets. Remember your Creator before the almond trees have buds on them. That’s when grasshoppers will drag themselves along. Old people will lose their desire. That’s when people will go to their dark homes in the grave. And those who mourn for the dead will walk around in the streets.

they are afraid also of what is high, and terrors are in the way; the almond tree blossoms, the grasshopper drags itself along, and desire fails, because man is going to his eternal home, and the mourners go about the streets—

Remember him before you become fearful of falling and worry about danger in the streets; before your hair turns white like an almond tree in bloom, and you drag along without energy like a dying grasshopper, and the caperberry no longer inspires sexual desire. Remember him before you near the grave, your everlasting home, when the mourners will weep at your funeral.

Also, they are afraid of heights and dangers on the road; the almond tree blossoms, the grasshopper loses its spring, and the caper berry has no effect; for the mere mortal is headed to his eternal home, and mourners will walk around in the street;

Furthermore, people are afraid of a high place and of terrors on the road; the almond tree blossoms, the grasshopper drags itself along, and the caper berry is ineffective. For man goes to his eternal home while the mourners move around in the street.

Also they are afraid of height, And of terrors in the way; When the almond tree blossoms, The grasshopper is a burden, And desire fails. For man goes to his eternal home, And the mourners go about the streets.

yea, they shall be afraid of that which is high, and terrors shall be in the way; and the almond- tree shall blossom, and the grasshopper shall be a burden, and desire shall fail; because man goeth to his everlasting home, and the mourners go about the streets:

Also[ when] they shall be afraid of[ that which is] high, and fears[ shall be] in the way, and the almond tree shall flourish, and the grasshopper shall be a burden, and desire shall fail: because man goeth to his long home, and the mourners go about the streets:

and they are afraid of heights and the dangers in the street; the almond blossoms grow white, and the grasshopper drags itself along, and the caper berry shrivels up– because man goes to his eternal home, and the mourners go about in the streets–

yes, they shall be afraid of heights, and terrors will be on the way; and the almond tree shall blossom, and the grasshopper shall be a burden, and desire shall fail; because man goes to his everlasting home, and the mourners go about the streets:

我若盼望陰間為我的家，若下榻在黑暗中，

我知道你要使我歸於死亡，到那為眾生所定的陰宅。

萬軍之耶和華如此說：「你們要考慮，將唱哀歌的婦女召來，差人召善哭的婦女前來，叫她們速速為我們舉哀，使我們淚眼汪汪，使我們的眼皮湧出淚水。因為有哀聲從錫安傳來：『我們竟然敗落！我們何等慚愧！我們撇下土地，人拆毀了我們的房屋。』」婦女們哪，當聽耶和華的話，領受他口中的言語；當教導你們的女兒舉哀，各人教導女伴唱哀歌。

白髮是榮耀的冠冕，行在公義道上的，必能得着。

我們這裏有白髮的和年老的，比你父親還年長。

四十天滿了，就是塗香料所規定的日子滿了。埃及人為他哀哭了七十天。過了哀悼的日子，約瑟對法老家中的人說：「我若在你們眼前蒙恩，請你們對法老說：『我父親曾叫我起誓說：看哪，我快要死了，你要將我葬在迦南地，在我為自己所掘的墳墓裏。』現在求你准我上去葬我父親，然後我必回來。」法老說：「你可以上去，照你父親叫你起的誓，將他安葬。」於是約瑟上去葬他父親。與他一同上去的有法老的眾臣僕和法老家中的長老，以及埃及地所有的長老，還有約瑟的全家和他的兄弟們，以及他父親的家屬；只留下他們的孩子和羊羣牛羣在歌珊地。又有車輛和駕駛兵和他一同上去，隊伍非常龐大。他們到了約旦河東亞達的禾場，就在那裏大大地號咷痛哭。約瑟為他父親哀哭了七天。

凡你手所當做的事，要盡力去做；因為在你所必須去的陰間沒有工作，沒有謀算，沒有知識，也沒有智慧。

耶和華的話臨到我，說：「耶利米，你看見甚麼？」我說：「我看見一根杏樹枝。」

他要見智慧人死，愚昧人和畜牲一般的人一同滅亡，把他們的財貨留給別人。他們雖以自己的名叫自己的地，墳墓卻作他們永遠的家，作他們世世代代的居所。人居尊貴中不能長久，如同死亡的畜類一樣。他們所行之道本為自己的愚昧，後來的人卻還佩服他們的話語。（細拉）他們如同羊羣註定要下陰間，死亡必作他們的牧者；到了早晨，正直人必管轄他們。他們的形像必被陰間所滅，無處可容身。

現在你們又要把這個從我面前帶走。倘若他遭難，那麼你們就害我白髮蒼蒼、悲悲慘慘下陰間去了。』

「在白髮的人面前，你要站起來，要尊敬老人；要敬畏你的上帝，我是耶和華。

上帝啊，我年老髮白的時候，求你不要離棄我！等我宣揚你的能力給下一代，宣揚你的大能給後世的人。

直到你們年老，我不改變；直到你們髮白，我仍扶持。我已造你，就必背你；我必抱你，也必拯救。

他們來到會堂主管的家裏，耶穌看到一片吵鬧，並有人大聲哭泣哀號，就進到裏面，對他們說：「為甚麼大吵大哭呢？孩子不是死了，是睡着了。」

按着命定，人人都有一死，死後且有審判。

雅各說：「我的兒子不可與你們一同下去。他哥哥死了，只剩下他。他若在你們行走的路上遭難，你們就害我白髮蒼蒼、悲悲慘慘下陰間去了。」

強壯是青年的榮耀；白髮為老人的尊榮。

當我們的父親看見沒有了這年輕人，他就會死。這樣，我們就害你僕人，我們的父親白髮蒼蒼、悲悲慘慘下陰間去了。
