Remember your Creator before those who guard the house tremble with old age. That’s when strong men will be bent over. The women who grind grain will stop because there are so few of them left. Those who look through the windows won’t be able to see very well.

我们一生的日子都在你的震怒中消逝，我们度尽的年岁好像一声叹息。我们一生的年日是七十岁，如果强壮，可到八十岁，但其中可夸耀的，不过是劳苦愁烦；我们的年日转眼即逝，我们也如飞而去了。

耶和华在我壮年的时候，使我的力量衰弱，缩短我的年日。
