The Lord gave me two stone tablets inscribed by the finger of God. On them were all the commandments the Lord proclaimed to you on the mountain out of the fire, on the day of the assembly.

The Lord gave me two stone tablets. The words on them were written by the finger of God. All the commandments the Lord gave you were written on the tablets. He announced them to you out of the fire on the mountain. He wrote them on the day you gathered together there.

And the Lord gave me the two tablets of stone written with the finger of God, and on them were all the words that the Lord had spoken with you on the mountain out of the midst of the fire on the day of the assembly.

The Lord gave me the two tablets on which God had written with his own finger all the words he had spoken to you from the heart of the fire when you were assembled at the mountain.

On the day of the assembly the LORD gave me the two stone tablets, inscribed by God’s finger. The exact words were on them, which the LORD spoke to you from the fire on the mountain.

The Lord gave me the two tablets of stone written by the finger of God; and on them were all the words which the Lord had spoken with you at the mountain from the midst of the fire on the day of the assembly.

And Jehovah delivered unto me the two tables of stone written with the finger of God; and on them was written according to all the words, which Jehovah spake with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.

On the day of the assembly the Lord gave me the two stone tablets, inscribed by God’s finger. The exact words were on them, which the Lord spoke to you from the fire on the mountain.

And the LORD delivered unto me two tables of stone written with the finger of God; and on them[ was written] according to all the words, which the LORD spake with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.

The LORD gave me the two stone tablets, written by the very finger of God, and on them was everything he said to you at the mountain from the midst of the fire at the time of that assembly.

Yahweh delivered to me the two stone tablets written with God’s finger. On them were all the words which Yahweh spoke with you on the mountain out of the middle of the fire in the day of the assembly.

耶和華在西奈山對摩西說完這些話以後，就把自己用指頭刻上誡命的兩塊石版交給摩西。

耶和華把你們在山腳下聚會時祂在山上的火焰中向你們頒佈的十條誡命，重新刻在石版上，並把石版交給我。

這正是你們在何烈山聚會時向你們的上帝耶和華所求的，當時你們說，『不要讓我們再聽見我們上帝耶和華的聲音，也不要讓我們再看見這烈火，免得我們死亡。』

若我是靠上帝的靈趕鬼，就是上帝的國已降臨在你們中間了。

「『我是你的上帝耶和華，曾把你領出埃及，使你不再受奴役。「『除我以外，你不可有別的神。「『不可為自己雕刻神像，不可仿照任何飛禽走獸或水族的樣子造神像，不可跪拜它們，也不可供奉它們，因為我——你的上帝耶和華痛恨不貞，我必追討背棄我之人的罪，從父到子直到三四代。但那些愛我、遵守我誡命的人，我必以慈愛待他們，直到千代。「『不可妄用你上帝耶和華的名，違者必被耶和華定罪。「『要遵照你的上帝耶和華的吩咐守安息日為聖日。你一週可工作六天，但第七天是你的上帝耶和華的安息日，你和兒女、僕婢、牛驢等牲畜以及你那裡的外族人在這一天不可做任何工，好讓僕婢和你一樣得到休息。要記住，你曾在埃及做奴隸，你的上帝耶和華伸出臂膀，用大能的手把你從那裡領出來。因此，你的上帝耶和華吩咐你守安息日。「『要遵照你的上帝耶和華的吩咐孝敬父母，以便在你的上帝耶和華要賜給你的土地上享長壽，蒙祝福。「『不可殺人。「『不可通姦。「『不可偷盜。「『不可作偽證陷害人。「『不可貪戀別人的妻子，不可貪圖別人的房屋、田地、僕婢、牛驢或其他任何物品。』

但若我是靠上帝的能力趕鬼，就是上帝的國已降臨在你們中間了。

主又說，那些日子以後，我將與以色列家立這樣的約，我要把我的律法放在他們腦中，寫在他們心上。我要作他們的上帝，他們要作我的子民。

那天，你們在何烈山站在你們的上帝耶和華面前，耶和華對我說，『把民眾招聚起來，讓他們聽我的教誨，學習一生敬畏我，並傳授給自己的兒女。』你們來到山腳下，站在那裡，山上烈焰沖天、烏雲密佈、極其幽暗。耶和華在火焰中對你們說話，你們只聽見祂的聲音，卻看不見祂的形像。祂向你們宣告祂的約，就是祂吩咐你們遵守的十誡，並寫在兩塊石版上。那時，耶和華吩咐我把律例和典章傳授給你們，好讓你們在將要佔領的土地上遵守。「你們要格外小心，耶和華在何烈山的火焰中對你們說話時，你們沒有看見任何形像，

顯然，你們是從基督而來的一封信，是我們工作的成果。這信不是用筆墨寫成的，乃是藉著永活上帝的靈寫成的；不是寫在石版上的，而是刻在心版上的。

摩西率領百姓出營迎接上帝，他們都站在山腳下。因為耶和華在火中降臨到西奈山，整座山都冒著濃煙，滾滾上騰，好像一個大火窯，整座山都震動起來。號角聲越來越嘹亮。摩西說話，上帝就回應他，聲音好像雷鳴。
