“ Be careful that you do not forget the Lord your God by failing to keep His commandments, His ordinances, and His statutes which I am commanding you today;

「你們要謹慎，免得忘記你們的上帝耶和華，不遵守我今天吩咐你們的誡命、典章和律例。

“你要自己謹慎，免得忘記耶和華你的神，不守他的誡命、典章、律例，就是我今日吩咐你的；

『你要謹慎，恐怕你忘記了永恆主你的上帝，不遵守他的誡命、典章、律例、就是我今日所吩咐你的；

慎勿忘爾上帝耶和華、不守其誡命、律例典章、即我今日所諭爾者、

慎勿忘之、今日所垂之誡命、法度禮儀、不可違逆、

當謹恪自慎、恐忘主爾之天主、不守其誡命法度律例、即我今日所諭爾者、

Be careful that you do not forget the Lord your God, failing to observe his commands, his laws and his decrees that I am giving you this day.

Make sure you don’t forget the Lord your God. Don’t fail to obey his commands, laws and rules. I’m giving them to you today.

“ Take care lest you forget the Lord your God by not keeping his commandments and his rules and his statutes, which I command you today,

“ But that is the time to be careful! Beware that in your plenty you do not forget the Lord your God and disobey his commands, regulations, and decrees that I am giving you today.

“ Beware that you do not forget the Lord your God by not keeping His commandments, His judgments, and His statutes which I command you today,

Beware lest thou forget Jehovah thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his ordinances, and his statutes, which I command thee this day:

Beware lest you forget Yahweh your God, in not keeping his commandments, his ordinances, and his statutes, which I command you today;

For the faithlessness of the naive will kill them, And the complacency of fools will destroy them.

They forgot God their Savior, Who had done great things in Egypt,

“ Yet she does not know that it was I myself who gave her the grain, the new wine, and the oil, And lavished on her silver and gold, Which they used for Baal.Therefore, I will take back My grain at harvest time And My new wine in its season. I will also take away My wool and My flax That I gave to cover her nakedness.

So that I will not be full and deny You and say,“ Who is the Lord?” And that I will not become impoverished and steal, And profane the name of my God.

I also clothed you with colorfully woven cloth and put sandals of fine leather on your feet; and I wrapped you with fine linen and covered you with silk.I adorned you with jewelry, put bracelets on your wrists, and a necklace around your neck.I also put a ring in your nose, earrings in your ears, and a beautiful crown on your head.So you were adorned with gold and silver, and your dress was of fine linen, silk, and colorfully woven cloth. You ate fine flour, honey, and oil; so you were exceedingly beautiful and advanced to royalty.Then your fame spread among the nations on account of your beauty, for it was perfect because of My splendor which I bestowed on you,” declares the Lord God.“ But you trusted in your beauty and became unfaithful because of your fame, and you poured out your obscene practices on every passer by to whom it might be tempting.
