The Lord does not delay His promise, as some understand delay, but is patient with you, not wanting any to perish but all to come to repentance.But the Day of the Lord will come like a thief; on that day the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, the elements will burn and be dissolved, and the earth and the works on it will be disclosed.

when I sharpen My flashing sword, and My hand takes hold of judgment, I will take vengeance on My adversaries and repay those who hate Me.

Outside, the sword will take their children, and inside, there will be terror; the young man and the young woman will be killed, the infant and the gray-haired man.

The one who hates Me also hates My Father.If I had not done the works among them that no one else has done, they would not have sin. Now they have seen and hated both Me and My Father.

If the righteous will be repaid on earth, how much more the wicked and sinful.
