这样，你们就会得享长寿，你们及子孙就会终生敬畏你们的上帝耶和华，遵守祂借我吩咐你们的一切律例和诫命。

好叫你敬畏永恆主你的上帝，遵守他一切的律例、誡命、就是我所吩咐你的，好使你、和你兒子、以及你的子子孫孫、儘你一生的日子都這樣行，使你得享長壽。

俾爾及子孫、畢生寅畏爾上帝耶和華、守其典章誡命、凡我所命爾者、以致延年、

爾與子孫、當畢生畏爾上帝耶和華、守我所傳之法度禮儀、則可享遐齡。

使爾與子孫畢生敬畏主爾之天主、守其一切律例誡命、即我所命爾者、致爾壽命綿長、

so that you, your children and their children after them may fear the Lord your God as long as you live by keeping all his decrees and commands that I give you, and so that you may enjoy long life.

Then you, your children and their children after them will honor the Lord your God as long as you live. Obey all his rules and commands I’m giving you. If you do, you will enjoy long life.

that you may fear the Lord your God, you and your son and your son’s son, by keeping all his statutes and his commandments, which I command you, all the days of your life, and that your days may be long.

你們要順從耶和華－你們的神，敬畏他，謹守他的誡命，聽從他的話，事奉他，專靠他。

摩西對百姓說：「不要懼怕；因為神降臨是要試驗你們，叫你們時常敬畏他，不致犯罪。」

我今日將他的律例誡命曉諭你，你要遵守，使你和你的子孫可以得福，並使你的日子在耶和華－你神所賜的地上得以長久。」

這些事都已聽見了，總意就是：敬畏神，謹守他的誡命，這是人所當盡的本分。

因為經上說：人若愛生命，願享美福，須要禁止舌頭不出惡言，嘴唇不說詭詐的話；也要離惡行善，尋求和睦，一心追趕。

你要敬畏耶和華－你的神，事奉他，專靠他，也要指着他的名起誓。

「『當照耶和華－你神所吩咐的孝敬父母，使你得福，並使你的日子在耶和華－你神所賜你的地上得以長久。

你們既稱那不偏待人、按各人行為審判人的主為父，就當存敬畏的心度你們在世寄居的日子，

凡敬畏耶和華、遵行他道的人便為有福！

我兒，不要忘記我的法則；你心要謹守我的誡命；因為它必將長久的日子，生命的年數與平安，加給你。

因憐憫誠實，罪孽得贖；敬畏耶和華的，遠離惡事。

天使說：「你不可在這童子身上下手。一點不可害他！現在我知道你是敬畏神的了；因為你沒有將你的兒子，就是你獨生的兒子，留下不給我。」

耶和華－你們神所吩咐你們行的，你們都要去行，使你們可以存活得福，並使你們的日子在所要承受的地上得以長久。」

也要殷勤教訓你的兒女。無論你坐在家裏，行在路上，躺下，起來，都要談論。

我要指示你們當怕的是誰：當怕那殺了以後又有權柄丟在地獄裏的。我實在告訴你們，正要怕他。

敬畏耶和華是智慧的開端；凡遵行他命令的是聰明人。耶和華是永遠當讚美的！

他對人說：敬畏主就是智慧；遠離惡便是聰明。

「以色列啊，現在耶和華－你神向你所要的是甚麼呢？只要你敬畏耶和華－你的神，遵行他的道，愛他，盡心盡性事奉他，遵守他的誡命律例，就是我今日所吩咐你的，為要叫你得福。

我們不將這些事向他們的子孫隱瞞，要將耶和華的美德和他的能力，並他奇妙的作為，述說給後代聽。因為，他在雅各中立法度，在以色列中設律法；是他吩咐我們祖宗要傳給子孫的，使將要生的後代子孫可以曉得；他們也要起來告訴他們的子孫，好叫他們仰望神，不忘記神的作為，惟要守他的命令。不要像他們的祖宗，是頑梗悖逆、居心不正之輩，向着神，心不誠實。

我眷顧他，為要叫他吩咐他的眾子和他的眷屬遵守我的道，秉公行義，使我所應許亞伯拉罕的話都成就了。」

你在何烈山站在耶和華－你神面前的那日，耶和華對我說：『你為我招聚百姓，我要叫他們聽見我的話，使他們存活在世的日子，可以學習敬畏我，又可以教訓兒女這樣行。』

總要放母，只可取雛；這樣你就可以享福，日子得以長久。

她右手有長壽，左手有富貴。
