耶和华临近凡求告他的，临近所有诚心求告他的人。

谁像你的百姓以色列呢？神亲自去救赎世上的一国，作自己的子民，显出他的大名；为了你的地，从列国和他们的神明中，在你亲自从埃及赎出来的子民面前，为自己行了大而可畏的事。

耶和华靠近伤心的人，拯救心灵痛悔的人。

但我亲近神是于我有益；我以主耶和华为我的避难所，好叫我述说你一切的作为。

他高举自己百姓的角，使他的圣民以色列人，就是与他相近的百姓得荣耀。哈利路亚！

神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。

要亲近神，神就必亲近你们。有罪的人哪，要洁净你们的手！心怀二意的人哪，要清洁你们的心！

当趁耶和华可寻找的时候寻找他，在他接近的时候求告他。

凡血肉之躯，有谁像我们一样，听见了永生神从火中讲话的声音还能活着呢？

因我看你为宝贝为尊贵；又因我爱你，所以使人代替你，使万民替换你的生命。

他未见雅各中有灾难，也未见以色列中有祸患。耶和华—他的神和他同在；在他中间有欢呼王的声音。

要记得那时候，你们与基督无关，与以色列选民团体隔绝，在所应许的约上是局外人，而且在世上没有指望，没有神。从前你们是远离神的人，如今却在基督耶稣里，靠着他的血，已经得以亲近了。因为他自己是我们的和平，使双方合而为一，拆毁了中间隔绝的墙，而且以自己的身体终止了冤仇，废掉那记在律法上的规条，为要使两方藉着自己造成一个新人，促成了和平；既在十字架上消灭了冤仇，就藉这十字架使双方归为一体，与神和好，并且来传和平的福音给你们远处的人，也传和平给那些近处的人，因为我们双方藉着他，在同一位圣灵里得以进到父面前。这样，你们不再是外人或客旅，是与圣徒同国，是神家里的人了，被建造在使徒和先知的根基上，而基督耶稣自己为房角石，靠着他整座房子连接得紧凑，渐渐成为在主里的圣殿。你们也靠他同被建造，成为神藉着圣灵居住的所在。

我从磐石的巅峰看到他，我从山丘望见他。看哪，这是独居的民，不算在列国中。
