守之行之、是為爾之智慧通達、在列邦民前、彼聞此典章、必曰、此大國、乃智慧通達之民也、

爾守此法、則可為智、四方之民聞此禮儀、必曰斯民昌大、智慧俱備、

當謹守遵行、此即爾之智慧明哲在列邦眾民前、彼聞此律例、必曰、斯民昌大、智慧明哲俱備、

Observe them carefully, for this will show your wisdom and understanding to the nations, who will hear about all these decrees and say,“ Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.”

Be careful to keep them. That will show the nations how wise and understanding you are. They will hear about all these rules. They’ll say,“ That great nation certainly has wise and understanding people.”

Keep them and do them, for that will be your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples, who, when they hear all these statutes, will say,‘ Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’

Obey them completely, and you will display your wisdom and intelligence among the surrounding nations. When they hear all these decrees, they will exclaim,‘ How wise and prudent are the people of this great nation!’

Carefully follow them, for this will show your wisdom and understanding in the eyes of the peoples. When they hear about all these statutes, they will say,‘ This great nation is indeed a wise and understanding people.’

So keep and do them, for that is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes and say,‘ Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’

Therefore be careful to observe them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes, and say,‘ surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’

敬畏耶和華是智慧的開端；凡遵行他命令的是聰明人。耶和華是永遠當讚美的！

他對人說：敬畏主就是智慧；遠離惡便是聰明。

並且知道你是從小明白聖經，這聖經能使你因信基督耶穌，有得救的智慧。

敬畏耶和華是知識的開端；愚妄人藐視智慧和訓誨。

天下列王聽見所羅門的智慧，就都差人來聽他的智慧話。

你們中間誰是有智慧有見識的呢？他就當在智慧的溫柔上顯出他的善行來。

耶和華的律法全備，能甦醒人心；耶和華的法度確定，能使愚人有智慧。

我今日呼天喚地向你作見證；我將生死禍福陳明在你面前，所以你要揀選生命，使你和你的後裔都得存活；且愛耶和華－你的神，聽從他的話，專靠他；因為他是你的生命，你的日子長久也在乎他。這樣，你就可以在耶和華向你列祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各起誓應許所賜的地上居住。」

對王說：「我在本國裏所聽見論到你的事和你的智慧實在是真的！我先不信那些話，及至我來親眼見了才知道人所告訴我的還不到一半。你的智慧和你的福分越過我所聽見的風聲。你的臣子、你的僕人常侍立在你面前聽你智慧的話是有福的！耶和華－你的神是應當稱頌的！他喜悅你，使你坐以色列的國位；因為他永遠愛以色列，所以立你作王，使你秉公行義。」

萬軍之耶和華說：萬國必稱你們為有福的，因你們的地必成為喜樂之地。」

通達人的智慧在乎明白己道；愚昧人的愚妄乃是詭詐。

智慧人慚愧，驚惶，被擒拿；他們棄掉耶和華的話，心裏還有甚麼智慧呢？

萬軍之耶和華如此說：「將來必有列國的人和多城的居民來到。這城的居民必到那城，說：『我們要快去懇求耶和華的恩，尋求萬軍之耶和華；我也要去。』必有列邦的人和強國的民來到耶路撒冷尋求萬軍之耶和華，懇求耶和華的恩。萬軍之耶和華如此說：在那些日子，必有十個人從列國諸族中出來，拉住一個猶大人的衣襟，說：『我們要與你們同去，因為我們聽見神與你們同在了。』」

在你國中有一人，他裏頭有聖神的靈，你父在世的日子，這人心中光明，又有聰明智慧，好像神的智慧。你父尼布甲尼撒王，就是王的父，立他為術士、用法術的，和迦勒底人，並觀兆的領袖。在他裏頭有美好的靈性，又有知識聰明，能圓夢，釋謎語，解疑惑。這人名叫但以理，尼布甲尼撒王又稱他為伯提沙撒，現在可以召他來，他必解明這意思。」但以理就被領到王前。王問但以理說：「你是被擄之猶大人中的但以理嗎？就是我父王從猶大擄來的嗎？我聽說你裏頭有神的靈，心中光明，又有聰明和美好的智慧。現在哲士和用法術的都領到我面前，為叫他們讀這文字，把講解告訴我，無奈他們都不能把講解說出來。我聽說你善於講解，能解疑惑；現在你若能讀這文字，把講解告訴我，就必身穿紫袍，項戴金鍊，在我國中位列第三。」

王考問他們一切事，就見他們的智慧聰明比通國的術士和用法術的勝過十倍。

你的命令常存在我心裏，使我比仇敵有智慧。我比我的師傅更通達，因我思想你的法度。我比年老的更明白，因我守了你的訓詞。

『術士的領袖伯提沙撒啊，因我知道你裏頭有聖神的靈，甚麼奧祕的事都不能使你為難。現在要把我夢中所見的異象和夢的講解告訴我。』
