當謹守遵行、此即爾之智慧明哲在列邦眾民前、彼聞此律例、必曰、斯民昌大、智慧明哲俱備、

Observe them carefully, for this will show your wisdom and understanding to the nations, who will hear about all these decrees and say,“ Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.”

Be careful to keep them. That will show the nations how wise and understanding you are. They will hear about all these rules. They’ll say,“ That great nation certainly has wise and understanding people.”

Keep them and do them, for that will be your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples, who, when they hear all these statutes, will say,‘ Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’

Obey them completely, and you will display your wisdom and intelligence among the surrounding nations. When they hear all these decrees, they will exclaim,‘ How wise and prudent are the people of this great nation!’

Carefully follow them, for this will show your wisdom and understanding in the eyes of the peoples. When they hear about all these statutes, they will say,‘ This great nation is indeed a wise and understanding people.’

So keep and do them, for that is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes and say,‘ Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’

Therefore be careful to observe them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes, and say,‘ surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’

Carefully follow them, for this will show your wisdom and understanding in the eyes of the peoples. When they hear about all these statutes, they will say,‘ This great nation is indeed a wise and understanding people.’

The fear of Jehovah is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all they that do his commandments: His praise endureth for ever.

And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; And to depart from evil is understanding.

and that from a babe thou hast known the sacred writings which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

The fear of Jehovah is the beginning of knowledge; But the foolish despise wisdom and instruction.

And there came of all peoples to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, who had heard of his wisdom.

Who is wise and understanding among you? let him show by his good life his works in meekness of wisdom.

The law of Jehovah is perfect, restoring the soul: The testimony of Jehovah is sure, making wise the simple.

I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before thee life and death, the blessing and the curse: therefore choose life, that thou mayest live, thou and thy seed;to love Jehovah thy God, to obey his voice, and to cleave unto him; for he is thy life, and the length of thy days; that thou mayest dwell in the land which Jehovah sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

And she said to the king, It was a true report that I heard in mine own land of thine acts, and of thy wisdom.Howbeit I believed not the words, until I came, and mine eyes had seen it: and, behold, the half was not told me; thy wisdom and prosperity exceed the fame which I heard.Happy are thy men, happy are these thy servants, that stand continually before thee, and that hear thy wisdom.Blessed be Jehovah thy God, who delighted in thee, to set thee on the throne of Israel: because Jehovah loved Israel for ever, therefore made he thee king, to do justice and righteousness.

And all nations shall call you happy; for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith Jehovah of hosts.

The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way; But the folly of fools is deceit.

The wise men are put to shame, they are dismayed and taken: lo, they have rejected the word of Jehovah; and what manner of wisdom is in them?

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come peoples, and the inhabitants of many cities;and the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to entreat the favor of Jehovah, and to seek Jehovah of hosts: I will go also.Yea, many peoples and strong nations shall come to seek Jehovah of hosts in Jerusalem, and to entreat the favor of Jehovah.Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, they shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.

There is a man in thy kingdom, in whom is the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, were found in him; and the king Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, I say, thy father, made him master of the magicians, enchanters, Chaldeans, and soothsayers;forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and showing of dark sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar. Now let Daniel be called, and he will show the interpretation.Then was Daniel brought in before the king. The king spake and said unto Daniel, Art thou that Daniel, who art of the children of the captivity of Judah, whom the king my father brought out of Judah?I have heard of thee, that the spirit of the gods is in thee, and that light and understanding and excellent wisdom are found in thee.And now the wise men, the enchanters, have been brought in before me, that they should read this writing, and make known unto me the interpretation thereof; but they could not show the interpretation of the thing.But I have heard of thee, that thou canst give interpretations, and dissolve doubts: now if thou canst read the writing, and make known to me the interpretation thereof, thou shalt be clothed with purple, and have a chain of gold about thy neck, and shalt be the third ruler in the kingdom.

And in every matter of wisdom and understanding, concerning which the king inquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and enchanters that were in all his realm.

Thy commandments make me wiser than mine enemies; For they are ever with me.I have more understanding than all my teachers; For thy testimonies are my meditation.I understand more than the aged, Because I have kept thy precepts.

O Belteshazzar, master of the magicians, because I know that the spirit of the holy gods is in thee, and no secret troubleth thee, tell me the visions of my dream that I have seen, and the interpretation thereof.
