but all of you who held fast to the Lord your God are still alive today.

But all of you who remained true to the Lord your God are still alive today.

But you who held fast to the Lord your God are all alive today.

But all of you who were faithful to the Lord your God are still alive today— every one of you.

But you who have remained faithful to the LORD your God are all alive today.

But you who clung to the Lord your God are alive today, every one of you.

But you who held fast to the Lord your God are alive today, every one of you.

But ye that did cleave unto Jehovah your God are alive every one of you this day.

When he arrived and saw what the grace of God had done, he was glad and encouraged them all to remain true to the Lord with all their hearts.

Fear the Lord your God and serve him. Hold fast to him and take your oaths in his name.

“ You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve.Simon Peter answered him,“ Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God.”

But you are to hold fast to the Lord your God, as you have until now.

I spread out my hands to you; I thirst for you like a parched land.Answer me quickly, Lord; my spirit fails. Do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit.Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. I cling to you; your right hand upholds me.

These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they remained virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among mankind and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb.

Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.

At this they wept aloud again. Then Orpah kissed her mother- in- law goodbye, but Ruth clung to her.“ Look,” said Naomi,“ your sister-in-law is going back to her people and her gods. Go back with her.”But Ruth replied,“ Don’t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God.Where you die I will die, and there I will be buried. May the Lord deal with me, be it ever so severely, if even death separates you and me.”

It is the Lord your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him.

and said to him,“ Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of those who grieve and lament over all the detestable things that are done in it.”

But be very careful to keep the commandment and the law that Moses the servant of the Lord gave you: to love the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, to keep his commands, to hold fast to him and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.”

Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by.

I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
