For the Lord your God is a merciful God; he will not abandon or destroy you or forget the covenant with your ancestors, which he confirmed to them by oath.

就禱告耶和華說：「耶和華啊，我在本國的時候豈不是這樣說嗎？我知道你是有恩典、有憐憫的神，不輕易發怒，有豐盛的慈愛，並且後悔不降所說的災，所以我急速逃往他施去。

你們當剛強壯膽，不要害怕，也不要畏懼他們，因為耶和華－你的神和你同去。他必不撇下你，也不丟棄你。」

我卻要為他們的緣故記念我與他們先祖所立的約。他們的先祖是我在列邦人眼前、從埃及地領出來的，為要作他們的神。我是耶和華。」

耶和華有恩惠，有公義；我們的神以憐憫為懷。

然而你大發憐憫，不全然滅絕他們，也不丟棄他們；因為你是有恩典、有憐憫的神。

你們若轉向耶和華，你們的弟兄和兒女必在擄掠他們的人面前蒙憐恤，得以歸回這地，因為耶和華－你們的神有恩典、施憐憫。你們若轉向他，他必不轉臉不顧你們。」

他向百姓施行救贖，命定他的約，直到永遠；他的名聖而可畏。

求你為你名的緣故，不厭惡我們，不辱沒你榮耀的寶座。求你追念，不要背了與我們所立的約。

耶和華有恩惠，有憐憫，不輕易發怒，大有慈愛。耶和華善待萬民；他的慈悲覆庇他一切所造的。

向我們列祖施憐憫，記念他的聖約－

他賜糧食給敬畏他的人；他必永遠記念他的約。

耶和華在他面前宣告說：「耶和華，耶和華，是有憐憫有恩典的神，不輕易發怒，並有豐盛的慈愛和誠實，為千萬人存留慈愛，赦免罪孽、過犯，和罪惡，萬不以有罪的為無罪，必追討他的罪，自父及子，直到三、四代。」

你平生的日子，必無一人能在你面前站立得住。我怎樣與摩西同在，也必照樣與你同在；我必不撇下你，也不丟棄你。

「耶和華－天上的神，大而可畏的神啊，你向愛你、守你誡命的人守約施慈愛。

大衛又對他兒子所羅門說：「你當剛強壯膽去行！不要懼怕，也不要驚惶。因為耶和華神就是我的神，與你同在；他必不撇下你，也不丟棄你，直到耶和華殿的工作都完畢了。

主啊，你本為良善，樂意饒恕人，有豐盛的慈愛賜給凡求告你的人。

主啊，你是有憐憫有恩典的神，不輕易發怒，並有豐盛的慈愛和誠實。

『耶和華不輕易發怒，並有豐盛的慈愛，赦免罪孽和過犯；萬不以有罪的為無罪，必追討他的罪，自父及子，直到三、四代。』

他記念他的約，直到永遠；他所吩咐的話，直到千代－

神啊，有何神像你，赦免罪孽，饒恕你產業之餘民的罪過，不永遠懷怒，喜愛施恩？
