And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars,[ even] all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven.

又恐怕你向天举目观看，见耶和华你的神为天下万民所摆列的日月星，就是天上的万象，自己便被勾引敬拜侍奉它。

又恐怕你向天举目，看见耶和华—你的上帝为天下万民所摆列的日月星辰，就是天上的万象，就被诱惑去敬拜它们，事奉它们。

又恐怕你向天举目，看见耶和华—你的神为天下万民所摆列的日月星辰，就是天上的万象，就被诱惑去敬拜它们，事奉它们。

当你们举目观看你们的上帝耶和华赐给天下万民的日、月、星辰等天上万象时，不要受诱惑去跪拜、供奉它们。

又恐怕你抬头望天，看见日、月、星，就是天上万象的时候，就被勾引，去敬拜和事奉它们，那原是耶和华你们的神分给天下万民享用的。

又恐怕你向天舉目觀看，見耶和華－你的神為天下萬民所擺列的日月星，就是天上的萬象，自己便被勾引敬拜事奉它。

又恐怕你向天舉目，看見耶和華－你的上帝為天下萬民所擺列的日月星辰，就是天上的萬象，就被誘惑去敬拜它們，事奉它們。

又恐怕你向天舉目，看見耶和華－你的神為天下萬民所擺列的日月星辰，就是天上的萬象，就被誘惑去敬拜它們，事奉它們。

當你們舉目觀看你們的上帝耶和華賜給天下萬民的日、月、星辰等天上萬象時，不要受誘惑去跪拜、供奉它們。

又恐怕你抬頭望天，看見日、月、星，就是天上萬象的時候，就被勾引，去敬拜和事奉它們，那原是耶和華你們的神分給天下萬民享用的。

又恐怕你舉目望天，觀看着日、月、星辰、天上的萬象，就被勾引、去敬拜事奉它們，事奉永恆主你的上帝所分給普天下萬族之民的。

又恐爾仰觀於天、見日月星諸象、乃爾上帝耶和華為天下萬民所陳者、受惑而崇事之、

爾仰觀天象、有日月星辰焉、恐爾迷眩、奉事崇拜之、天下億兆既行此、爾之上帝耶和華亦姑聽之、

又恐爾舉目向天、見日月星辰及諸星宿、諸星宿或作諸天像即主爾之天主為天下萬民所陳列者、則自迷惑崇拜奉事、

And when you look up to the sky and see the sun, the moon and the stars— all the heavenly array— do not be enticed into bowing down to them and worshiping things the Lord your God has apportioned to all the nations under heaven.

When you look up at the heavens, you will see the sun and moon. And you will see huge numbers of stars. Don’t let anyone tempt you to bow down to the sun, moon or stars. Don’t worship things the Lord your God has provided for all the nations on earth.

And beware lest you raise your eyes to heaven, and when you see the sun and the moon and the stars, all the host of heaven, you be drawn away and bow down to them and serve them, things that the Lord your God has allotted to all the peoples under the whole heaven.

And when you look up into the sky and see the sun, moon, and stars— all the forces of heaven— don’t be seduced into worshiping them. The Lord your God gave them to all the peoples of the earth.

When you look to the heavens and see the sun, moon, and stars— all the stars in the sky— do not be led astray to bow in worship to them and serve them. The LORD your God has provided them for all people everywhere under heaven.

And be careful not to raise your eyes to heaven and look at the sun, the moon, and the stars, all the heavenly lights, and allow yourself to be drawn away and worship them and serve them, things which the Lord your God has allotted to all the peoples under the whole heaven.

And take heed, lest you lift your eyes to heaven, and when you see the sun, the moon, and the stars, all the host of heaven, you feel driven to worship them and serve them, which the Lord your God has given to all the peoples under the whole heaven as a heritage.

When you look to the heavens and see the sun, moon, and stars— all the array of heaven— do not be led astray to bow down and worship them. The Lord your God has provided them for all people everywhere under heaven.

When you look up to the sky and see the sun, moon, and stars– the whole heavenly creation– you must not be seduced to worship and serve them, for the LORD your God has assigned them to all the people of the world.

and lest you lift up your eyes to the sky, and when you see the sun and the moon and the stars, even all the army of the sky, you are drawn away and worship them, and serve them, which Yahweh your God has allotted to all the peoples under the whole sky.

For he built up again the high places which Hezekiah his father had destroyed; and he reared up altars for Baal, and made a grove, as did Ahab king of Israel; and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served them.

And they left all the commandments of the LORD their God, and made them molten images,[ even] two calves, and made a grove, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served Baal.

And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night:[ he made] the stars also.And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that[ it was] good.

Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.

And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;

To him that made great lights: for his mercy[ endureth] for ever:The sun to rule by day: for his mercy[ endureth] for ever:The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy[ endureth] for ever.

Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that[ be] above the heavens.Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.

Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies.[ Is] not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.

Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

The day[ is] thine, the night also[ is] thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun.Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.

Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices[ by the space of] forty years in the wilderness?

That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel?But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves.

Thou,[ even] thou,[ art] LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all[ things] that[ are] therein, the seas, and all that[ is] therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.

And he took away the horses that the kings of Judah had given to the sun, at the entering in of the house of the LORD, by the chamber of Nathanmelech the chamberlain, which[ was] in the suburbs, and burned the chariots of the sun with fire.

Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day,[ and] the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts[ is] his name:

If I beheld the sun when it shined, or the moon walking[ in] brightness;And my heart hath been secretly enticed, or my mouth hath kissed my hand:This also[ were] an iniquity[ to be punished by] the judge: for I should have denied the God[ that is] above.

And the king commanded Hilkiah the high priest, and the priests of the second order, and the keepers of the door, to bring forth out of the temple of the LORD all the vessels that were made for Baal, and for the grove, and for all the host of heaven: and he burned them without Jerusalem in the fields of Kidron, and carried the ashes of them unto Bethel.And he put down the idolatrous priests, whom the kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of Judah, and in the places round about Jerusalem; them also that burned incense unto Baal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the planets, and to all the host of heaven.

And them that worship the host of heaven upon the housetops; and them that worship[ and] that swear by the LORD, and that swear by Malcham;

And they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven, whom they have loved, and whom they have served, and after whom they have walked, and whom they have sought, and whom they have worshipped: they shall not be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be for dung upon the face of the earth.

Thus saith the LORD; If my covenant[ be] not with day and night,[ and if] I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;

And the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses of the kings of Judah, shall be defiled as the place of Tophet, because of all the houses upon whose roofs they have burned incense unto all the host of heaven, and have poured out drink offerings unto other gods.

And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD’S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar,[ were] about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.
