Then the Lord spoke to you out of the fire. You heard the sound of words but saw no form; there was only a voice.

Then the LORD spoke to you from the fire. You kept hearing the sound of the words, but didn’t see a form; there was only a voice.

耶和华在山上，从火中，面对面的与你们说话。

“这些话就是耶和华在山上，从火中、密云中、幽暗里，大声对你们全体会众所说的，并没有加添什么；他把这些话写在两块石版上，交给了我。

他从天上使你听见他的声音，为要教导你；又在地上使你看见他的大火，并且叫你听到他从火中所说的话。

“所以你们要特别小心，谨慎自己，因为耶和华在何烈山从火中对你们说话的那一天，你们没有看见什么形象；

有没有一个民族听见神在火中说话的声音，像你听见的一样，还能活着呢？

地震过后有火，耶和华也不在火中；火后有低微柔和的声音。以利亚听见了，就用自己的外衣蒙着脸，走出来，站在洞口。忽然有声音向他说：“以利亚啊，你在这里干什么？”

因为他从父神得着尊贵荣耀的时候，在极显赫的荣光中，有这样的声音对他说：“这是我的爱子，我所喜悦的。”这从天上发出来的声音，是我们和他同在圣山上的时候，亲自听见过的。

有声音呼喊说：“你们要在旷野清理耶和华的路，在沙漠修直我们神的大道。

有声音说：“你呼喊吧！”他问（“他问”或参照《死海古卷》和《七十士译本》翻译为“我说”）：“我呼喊什么呢？”“所有的人尽都如草；他们的荣美都像野地的花。

以赛亚先知所说：“在旷野有呼喊者的声音：‘预备主的道，修直他的路！’”就是指着这约翰说的。

你们把谁来跟神相比呢？你们用什么形象来与神并列呢？

耶和华对摩西说：“你要对以色列人这样说：‘你们亲自看见我从天上和你们说话了。

又有声音从天上来，说：“这是我的爱子，我所喜悦的。”

每当你偏左或偏右的时候，你必听见后面有声音说：“这是正路，要行在其中！”

父啊，愿你荣耀你的名！”当时有声音从天上来，说：“我已经荣耀了我的名，还要再荣耀。”站在旁边的群众听见了，就说：“打雷了。”另外有人说：“有天使对他说话。”耶稣说：“这声音不是为了我，而是为了你们发出的。

我要与他面对面说话，是亲自说的，不是用谜语；他必看见耶和华的形象，你们出言反对我的仆人摩西，为什么不惧怕呢？”

这爱子是那看不见的神的形象，是首先的，在一切被造的之上。

彼得还说话的时候，有一朵明亮的云彩笼罩他们，云中有声音说：“这是我的爱子，我所喜悦的，你们要听他。”
