Then Moses climbed Mount Nebo from the plains of Moab to the top of Pisgah, across from Jericho. There the Lord showed him the whole land— from Gilead to Dan,

Moses climbed Mount Nebo. He went up from the plains of Moab to the highest slopes of Pisgah. It’s across from Jericho. At Pisgah the Lord showed him the whole land from Gilead all the way to Dan.

Then Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, which is opposite Jericho. And the Lord showed him all the land, Gilead as far as Dan,

Then Moses went up to Mount Nebo from the plains of Moab and climbed Pisgah Peak, which is across from Jericho. And the Lord showed him the whole land, from Gilead as far as Dan;

Then Moses ascended from the deserts of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the summit of Pisgah, which is opposite Jericho. The LORD showed him the whole land– Gilead to Dan,

“ Go up into this mountain of Abarim, to Mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, that is across from Jericho; and see the land of Canaan, which I give to the children of Israel for a possession.

The border of the children of Dan went out beyond them; for the children of Dan went up and fought against Leshem, and took it, and struck it with the edge of the sword, and possessed it, and lived therein, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their forefather.

Yahweh said to Moses,“ Go up into this mountain of Abarim, and see the land which I have given to the children of Israel.

They traveled from Almon Diblathaim, and encamped in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.

When Abram heard that his relative was taken captive, he led out his three hundred eighteen trained men, born in his house, and pursued as far as Dan.

He carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,

For you shall see the land from a distance; but you shall not go there into the land which I give the children of Israel.”

Yahweh said to him,“ This is the land which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying,‘ I will give it to your offspring.’ I have caused you to see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there.”

They called the name of the city Dan, after the name of Dan their father, who was born to Israel; however the name of the city used to be Laish.

Moses gave to them, even to the children of Gad, and to the children of Reuben, and to the half- tribe of Manasseh the son of Joseph, the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, and the kingdom of Og king of Bashan; the land, according to its cities and borders, even the cities of the surrounding land.The children of Gad built Dibon, Ataroth, Aroer,Atroth- shophan, Jazer, Jogbehah,Beth Nimrah, and Beth Haran: fortified cities and folds for sheep.The children of Reuben built Heshbon, Elealeh, Kiriathaim,Nebo, and Baal Meon,( their names being changed), and Sibmah. They gave other names to the cities which they built.The children of Machir the son of Manasseh went to Gilead, took it, and dispossessed the Amorites who were therein.Moses gave Gilead to Machir the son of Manasseh; and he lived therein.

Go up to the top of Pisgah, and lift up your eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and see with your eyes; for you shall not go over this Jordan.

In the visions of God he brought me into the land of Israel, and set me down on a very high mountain, on which was something like the frame of a city to the south.

and from Bamoth to the valley that is in the field of Moab, to the top of Pisgah, which looks down on the desert.
