He said of his father and mother,‘ I have no regard for them.’ He did not recognize his brothers or acknowledge his own children, but he watched over your word and guarded your covenant.

Levi didn’t show special favor to anyone. He did not spare his father and mother. He didn’t excuse his relatives or his children. But he watched over your word. He guarded your covenant.

who said of his father and mother,‘ I regard them not’; he disowned his brothers and ignored his children. For they observed your word and kept your covenant.

The Levites obeyed your word and guarded your covenant. They were more loyal to you than to their own parents. They ignored their relatives and did not acknowledge their own children.

神啊，这在你眼中还看为小，又应许你仆人的家至于久远。耶和华神啊，你看顾我好像看顾高贵的人。

就打发他们的门徒同希律党的人去见耶稣，说：“夫子，我们知道你是诚实人，并且诚诚实实传神的道，什么人你都不徇情面，因为你不看人的外貌。

我曾与他立生命和平安的约。我将这两样赐给他，使他存敬畏的心，他就敬畏我，惧怕我的名。真实的律法在他口中，他嘴里没有不义的话。他以平安和正直与我同行，使多人回头离开罪孽。祭司的嘴里当存知识，人也当由他口中寻求律法，因为他是万军之耶和华的使者。

摩西见百姓放肆（亚伦纵容他们，使他们在仇敌中间被讥刺），就站在营门中，说：“凡属耶和华的，都要到我这里来！”于是利未的子孙都到他那里聚集。他对他们说：“耶和华以色列的神这样说：‘你们各人把刀跨在腰间，在营中往来，从这门到那门，各人杀他的弟兄与同伴并邻舍。’”利未的子孙照摩西的话行了。那一天百姓中被杀的约有三千。摩西说：“今天你们要自洁，归耶和华为圣，各人攻击他的儿子和弟兄，使耶和华赐福与你们。”

“人到我这里来，若不爱我胜过爱自己的父母、妻子、儿女、弟兄、姐妹，和自己的性命，就不能作我的门徒。

他却回答那人说：“谁是我的母亲？谁是我的弟兄？”

所以，我们从今以后，不凭着外貌认人了。虽然凭着外貌认过基督，如今却不再这样认他了。

爱父母过于爱我的，不配作我的门徒；爱儿女过于爱我的，不配作我的门徒；

我现在是要得人的心呢？还是要得神的心呢？我岂是讨人的喜欢吗？若仍旧讨人的喜欢，我就不是基督的仆人了。

不可挨近死尸，也不可为父母沾染自己。

利亚怀孕生子，就给他起名叫流便，因而说：“耶和华看见我的苦情，如今我的丈夫必爱我。”

他们就说：“来吧！我们可以设计谋害耶利米；因为我们有祭司讲律法，智慧人设谋略，先知说预言，都不能断绝。来吧！我们可以用舌头击打他，不要理会他的一切话。”

但神既然验中了我们，把福音托付我们，我们就照样讲，不是要讨人喜欢，乃是要讨那察验我们心的神喜欢。

摩西对亚伦和他儿子以利亚撒、以他玛说：“不可蓬头散发，也不可撕裂衣裳，免得你们死亡，又免得耶和华向会众发怒；只要你们的弟兄以色列全家为耶和华所发的火哀哭。

所以，人敬畏他；凡自以为心中有智慧的人，他都不顾念。”

我在神和基督耶稣并蒙拣选的天使面前嘱咐你：要遵守这些话，不可存成见，行事也不可有偏心。
